Villa Nina in Vodnjan

The villa was exactly as described and the location was great!

We were to families renting Villa Nina for å week and we loves our stay very much. The swimming pool was the best part. It was big and clean with lovely suraoundings. The house is close to Fazana with a nice beach for the hole familiy. We also visited beautiful Rovinj. Recommended to rent a car. It's å Nice walk to the town of Vodnjan. We travelled with kids aged 5 to 17. And the oldest kids loved to take a walk to the basketball court. You will also find a bakery å little walk from the house. And nice places to eat in Vodnjan. The only negative experience was all the mosquito bites we got when er stayed at the house. So just remembee mosquito spray and allergy medicine. It was aircondition in 2 bedrooms and it worked very well. And the other 2 bedrooms shared an aircondition in the hallway. It could absolutely have been separate om every bedroom for å better sleep. This is just small things. We loved our stay at villa Nina and will highly recommend å stay at this lovely place.

Villa Nina is a very comfortable and modern house for two families / 8 people. 3 large bathrooms (2 en suite) and 4 bedrooms on the second floor. Ground floor has a large living room, well equipped kitchen, toilet and laundry room. Kitchen has all the necessities for cooking all of your meals. Outside area is very nice with salt water pool, a large enough lawn for outdoor games, two seating areas in the shadow plus six lounge beds. Note on the pictures. This house has a neighbour house with green window hatches, this has the blue hatches. Neighbour house is close but did not bother us. The small town of Vodnjan is close enough for a morning walk to the bakery and has a large Konzum supermarket that can provide for all your grocery needs. A short drive to Faezana where there is a nice beach with pebble stone. I would also recommend visiting Pula and Rovinj while being in the area. Overall recommendation: Rent this house! Manager of the house, Melita, is very quick in responding on e-mails and gave us good service during our stay. The only remark would be that gardening was done during daytime while we were in the house. I would recommend to garden on Saturdays when the house is empty.

Very nice house, garden and pool, Fazana with nice beaches is very close. We had a wonderful holiday there toghether with our friends and in total 4 children. The house can be recommended without any doubts!
