From the courtyard of the villa, you can directly embark on adventures exploring the landscape on one of the many cycling trails, we organize bicycle rental of your choice.
We use solar panels for hot water and electricity and have the possibility of free charging for electric vehicles.
New villa 500 meters from the beach, walking distance to restaurants, bars, shops, bakeries, gyms,churches. At your disposal is a pool 12 meters long, a beautiful area with 5 air-conditioned bedrooms (one on the ground floor) and 4 bathrooms, entertainment with a huge 65 TV and outdoor projector with TV box, trampoline, basket. The villa is carefully furnished and is large attention to detail.Suitable for people with mobility difficulties.
Access to the house is without stairs, one bedroom is located on the ground floor and is suitable for people with mobility difficulties. In two rooms, single beds can be joined into a double bed (one room has beds 2 * 90cm wide and the other room 2 * 120cm). The land of 630 m is fully fenced and offers privacy, has a trampoline and a space with a basket.
