Once inside the property we can appreciate immediately the beautiful garden area, with an artificial grass area to be able to do our morning exercises with sunrise. As well, some furniture is strategically placed to have a nice coffee whilst enjoying the amazing surroundings of the villa. Incredible sea and mountain views can be experienced from the top floor of the villa which offers an amplified terrace equipped with table and chairs. Next to the garden area, we find a private pool area with a terrace and barbecue corner to enjoy fantastic meals amongst friends or family. Furthermore we can ascend the stairs to reach the top floor area and rooms situated in this upper level. When we enter the villa we find a modern and cozy living area, equipped with a great large screen television and comfortable sofa.Just next to it, we have a indoor dining area and the fully equipped open kitchen.From this area we can immediately access to the pool area. The villa offers a total of 4 spacious bedrooms, all equipped with double beds and bathrooms, some of them en suite.
