This fantastic villa in a quiet, beautiful residential area in southern Cape Coral can accommodate up to ten guests. The name says it all: here you will find your personal, modern holiday paradise and pure relaxation.

As soon as you enter the villa, you will be amazed by the exceptional furnishings and equipment. The living and dining area offers enough space for everyone. Cooking and eating together is particularly fun in the stylish, high-quality kitchen. It is fully equipped so thatyou will not miss anything during the joint cooking evenings. For music fans, we have installed a speaker system from Sonos (Wi-Fi speaker) in the villa. This means you can listen to your favorite local radio stations or your own playlist via your mobile device in the house or pool area.

Spend cozy evenings in the seating area next to the pool and prepare a delicious dinner on the BBQ grill. On a warm summer's day, you can cool off in the pool (which can also be heated if necessary). The comfortable loungers on the spacious lanai invite you to linger and relax.

Everyone will find their perfect retreat in the four comfortable bedrooms. The master bedroom and junior bedroom offer a king size bed and an ensuite bathroom. The other two bedrooms each have a queen-size bed and share a bathroom. All bedrooms are additionally equipped with TVs. There is also an office in the house where you can work undisturbed, or sleep because there is a sofa bed.

In the game room you will find a ping pong table and foosball table where you and your family can spend exciting hours. So you get the whole holiday program and don't have to leave the house at all. Nevertheless, the location is perfect for starting exciting excursions in the area. In no time you are in Fort Myers Downtown, with great restaurants, bars and shopping opportunities. It is also close to popular attractions such as the SunSplash water park and numerous golf clubs and parks. Nearby Pine Island Road offers access to beautiful beaches and nature.
