Villa Mocha Mykonos

Villa Mocha is a brand new construction with fine building quality and modern chic architectural design. The villa features a private 4x5 m pool and offers amazing and unobstructed sea views to Delos, Renia, Tinos and Syros islands almost from every spot of the structure. The altitude and orientation of the villa provide mesmerizing and colorful sunset views while maximizing the duration of the natural sunlight.

The outdoor space is surrounded by pergolas as well as a fine built stoneperimeter. The private pool of 5X4 meters is engulfed by the villa offering tranquility, wind protection and privacy.

The structure covers 240 m2 of indoor space. It constitutes of 4 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 5 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, 1 living room and 2 dinning spaces on the outdoor and indoor spaces respectively. There is an extra sleeping space (for 2 guests) on the upper level of the villa.

The villa is equipped with satellite TV, WiFi and safe boxes.
Bathrooms have all amenities, soap, shampoo, hair dryer and towels. All bathrooms feature Greek style awesome built in shower and sinks.

All beds are equipped with nice and comfortable mattresses. Towels and linens are changed every 3 days along with a full house cleaning.

A maintenance team is coming twice a week to take care of the pool, plants, terrace and water tanks. The villa is not connected with a water network so please use water reasonably.
