Villa Mirante with fenced and gated swimming pool so ideal for families

The villa was perfect for a big blended family like ours. Fantastic pool, choice of three eating areas, great ping-pong table, really friendly staff. Would absolutely recommend!

Beautiful house, extremely clean. Pool very clean and well maintained. Service amazing. Would definitely return. The only thing I would recommend would be a small gate at the top of the stairs leading down to car garage. Very easy for small children to escape.

Really clean house with a perfect view and swimming pool and other amenities (washing machine / ping pong table). Furniture is outdated but still ok.

Well equipped kitchen, plenty of fridge space. Four large bedrooms although we all found the beds very hard, plenty of pillows etc. More than ample wardrobe space in every bedroom. Downstairs bathroom could benefit from a lock. We only had one couple staying downstairs but if you had both bedrooms in use it would be hard to know if the room was engaged. Villa could benefit with a little updating/ lick of paint. Pool was fantastic, would recommend paying to have it heated. Sunbeds really need to be cleaned up, they were very dirty looking. Our villa manager Luis was fantastic. We had a couple of issues which were sorted really quickly and efficiently on the same day and we were kept informed of what was happening when an air con unit needed attention. We have to applaud him for that and can't thank him enough for his efficiency. Track to villa was a bumpy dirt track so not suitable for people who suffer back pain. There was a car port which was great for keeping the car cool. We arranged for our hire car to be delivered to the villa and used transfers to and from airport. Thank you Helen, Reservations, for sorting this out, it all went smoothly and to plan which was greatly appreciated too.

Only about 40 minutes from Faro and was close enough for Guia, Gale, and Albufeira. You do need a car though or rely on Taxi's to get to everything. The villa is spacious, quiet and not overlooked. It had all the facilities advertised and we didn't have any problems at all. The air-con was well needed and, unlike other villas we've stayed in, worked really well. The pool was warm even without heating (August). The facilities in the kitchen and laundry were great too. Paying the deposit and accommodation in cash, instead of card/bank transfer, seemed a bit out dated compared to other places but there was no problem at all.

Very comfortable and spacious place. Close to beaches. Presence of all required facilities and utilities. Great pool and barbecue area. Would be great if the bed mattress can be more comfortable as it is a bit hard for our like.

It was so good i wanted to book it again for the same Period next year but is already booked. The villa is huge that you can get lost in it. I spent lots of time in the swimming pool. The kitchen had everything you need.

The villa, the location near restaurants, supermarkets, Albufeira and the great beaches, the hospitality of the management: that all, we have experienced it as unique. This is where you want to celebrate your holiday, that's how you want to experience your days off. They will certainly be there but we have not been able to discover any points for improvement.

We had a Great 2 weeks at Villa Mirante. It is a perfect place if you have small children. Everything is very child friendly and safe. The villa easily fits two families and is very well equiped. We loved the views and the nature surrounding the Villa. Definately will come back :) also a big thank you to Helen and Nuno for their help!
