Overlooking the sea, it comprises a spacious 75 m² living room and fully-equipped kitchen. Separate WC on the ground floor. 4 bedrooms (+ ground-floorstudio with kitchen from 17/08/26), 3 bathrooms. 1 study with sofa bed. Large garden with heated swimming pool and jacuzzi. We're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A 75 m² living room with connected TV, fireplace and wood burner (wood to be split on site!)
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- a separate WC
- On the 1st level: a master suite with a beautiful bedroom (16 m²) equipped with a queen-size bed and private bathroom (with shower and bath + WC).
- 2nd floor:
2 bedrooms with double beds (140)
1 bedroom with queen-size bed

1 office with sofa bed
- On level 0, 1 studio for 2 people with separate entrance and comfortable sofa bed for 2 (studio with its own shower room, kitchen...).

The villa is ideally located in Erquy, in a very pleasant, peaceful setting facing the sea. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly on the property, in the car park with space for 4 vehicles.

- The opening dates of the swimming pool and jacuzzi are non-contractual and subject to change by the local accommodation manager.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation
- Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.
- The studio is included in the rental of the villa.
- Surveillance cameras are installed at the entrance and in the annex building. There are no cameras inside the accommodation.
