Secluded Villa Lugareva is a newly built but traditional stone house with a 52 sqm private pool in the rural area of Makarska hinterland, in a small village named Zmijavci. A perfect place for a family and friends gathering vacation; fully equipped with all needed amenities, fully airconditioned, free WiFi, and all modern guest needs for a perfect holiday in this uniqueand peaceful environment near small town Imotski. Surrounded by greenery offering absolute privacy, a lot of walking and cycling trails, giving you a direct connection to the unspoiled nature of Dalmatian countryside.
Villa Lugareva is a traditional stone house with a lot of natural light throughout, settled on a land plot of 1.180 sqm and offers a total of 170 sqm living space, offering a lot of different areas for a comfortable stay for max 8 people. The owners are a very friendly and nice couple that lives a few minutes away, they will expect you at the property giving you much useful information about the area and tips about recommended places to visit around. Video surveillance is installed and covers only the parking area and the outdoor yard, providing added security for guests and the property while fully respecting privacy.

* The Outdoor area offers a private 52 sqm swimming pool, 8 deck chairs with sun umbrellas, a lounge corner, and a fully equipped summer kitchen with a traditional barbecue area, dining tables, a TV, and a separate toilet. There is a playground in front of the house with a slide, trampoline, basketball hoop, and table soccer. The outdoor area is very spacious and filled with many flower pots and lovely details that the owner carefully set around for a much pleasant stay, and in the evening it is all nicely lightened.

* The ground floor offers a spacious living and dining area that is fully air-conditioned with free WiFi, a fully equipped kitchen with all the amenities you need for your cooking expertise, a dining table for 10 people, a sofa, and a flat-screen TV. There is a family bathroom with a shower. The indoor staircase takes you to the bedrooms on the first floor.

* The first floor offers fully air-conditioned 4 bedrooms and 3 separate family bathrooms with showers: Bedroom No1 with queen size bed 160cm x 200cm. Bedroom No2 with two single beds 90cm x 200cm (can connect into a double) and a balcony. Bedroom No3 with a bunk bed 2 x 90cm x 200cm. Bedroom No4 with queen size bed 160cm x 200cm and a balcony with outdoor stairs to the ground floor level.
