Villa Loendros OCV - Private Pool and Garden

This property was beautiful. Four bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, huge living room and kitchen. The house was completely stocked with every utensil we needed for cooking. The bedrooms had A/C and it worked very well. Great water pressure. There were tons of towels both for the bathrooms and pool. The pool was amazing. Very clean and perfect temperature. The outdoor areas were perfect for my teenagers. Everything was as described online. The problem was the location. It was in the middle of a very busy industrial area. When we arrived we though we were in the wrong neighborhood. The street was super busy and the traffic noise was relentless. After a couple of days we got used to that and enjoyed the stay. The other problem was the smell. I had read previous reviews mentioning the bad smell from the septic tank. I was hoping the problem had been fixed. It was not. Our bedroom smelled like a septic tank every night. We contacted the property management team and it took a long time to hear back from them. They didn't really help.

The villa was absolutely beautiful. The outside was very well equipped and had plenty of space and loungers for sunbathing. It also provides plenty of shady seating if you choose to get away from the sun. The pool is very large and was very well kept. The inside of the villa was very clean and had extremely spacious areas. The kitchen provided all the amenities you could possibly need and has a large refrigerator with ice maker and water dispenser which was very useful. I loved that all bedrooms had their own spacious bathrooms complete with showers. Overall I would highly recommend this villa and would love to rent it again in the future . The only thing I could possibly say is that sometimes a foul smell would emerge from the bedroom bathrooms on the left side of the villa. Also it would have been nice if the sound system was able to be used.

Easy to rent and use.

This property is just like the advertisement. A fantastic villa which is both enormous in size and excellent in quality. All amenities were available and we were very comfortable throughout. A minor maintenance issue was resolved promptly with contact easily made via WhatsApp and a maintenance man on hand the next day to resolve. Can't ask any more. The cleaners due to change sheets mid holiday did so much more and gave the property a full clean to our amazement. They were fantastic and worthy of special mention. Thanks to all the team.

Overall i would say that Villa Loendros was a great place to stay for a large group, the outside area was spacious and well maintained, pool was a good size and exceptionally clean. The kitchen was also of the same standard, excellent, and all the bedrooms and bathrooms are of a good standard. it is a 10 minute walk into Guia which has some nice restaurants and only a short taxi ride into Old town Albuferia. Close to a good shopping centre and all amenities. We would stay there again. There are a few things that could be done in order to slightly improve what was overall a good experience. The villa has really good expensive TV's and sound systems unfortunately there were no instructions or guest book for us to look at in order for us to work any of it, so we only had our own bluetooth speakers for entertainment! There was also a strong drain smell in the Villa most days and all the showers leaked into the bedrooms as the water would not drain away quickly enough, i presume because of the drains? Also i think both of the outside tables should be able to sit 8 people as we kept having to move the chairs to different areas at different times of the day. There was also a shortage of glasses for 8 people. We also went to the supermarket and bought food to have a BBQ but we didnt think to buy any charcoal, maybe it would be a nice touch to have some ready for the guests to use? A very small point was there were 8 people with wet costumes and towels everyday and also washing their clothes but there were only a few pegs for the washing line, i know it is only a small thing but again it is what people need. As i have said previously overall we had a great experience and would stay again, these are just a few suggestions/and points that we all feel would improve the vacation.

The outside of the villa was amazing because all around the house we have availability to find space regarding the petanque corner, the swimming pool with the pool house at the side of the house, all the external accomodations. The living was big as the kitchen. We appreciate the fact to have a bathroom for each bedroom. All along our stay we dislike the bed. When you go to holidays we need to sleep correctly and it wasn't the case. Like we said at the agency who rent the house. When we arrived the side of the glaces' fridge was not operational. In summer it s very important to have the possibility to refresh and have ice immediately. All along our stay we don't appeciate to smell the WC odor of the piping in the kitchen and in somes bedrooms The metal curtains was not easy to close every night because they needs oil to can be close correctly. The alarm of the kitchen was not ready and each day we have the chance to listen the siren' s song Regarding the commodities we appreciate to have more ping pong racket to have the opportunity to play in group.

The check-in was a bit chaotic, mostly due our own actions though. Communication was spot on and the villa was beautiful. Will recommend to anyone who asks.

We came here on a family holiday and thoroughly enjoyed it. The villa was very clean and well equipped. It is a perfect location if you want to be out of the hustle and bustle is it just a 5 minute drive from all the big shops and the zoo marine is a 5 minute walk. There was a couple Of issues but as soon as they were raised the villa owner came to help straight away. The bathrooms could be updated to bring them to the standard of the rest of the villa but this is only superficial and didnt bother us. Everything was perfect for our family thank you we will be returning in the future ??
