Stayed Aug 9, 2025Our arrival was pretty poor, we couldn’t access the villa, when we finally got access after 45 minutes (standing in 40 degree heat with suitcases) the villa had not been cleaned! We then had to leave the cleaners for an hour to change all the beds / towels etc so again we were left hanging in our travel clothes in the heat. Once we were in there were many issues with the property and clearly the management company use you as maintenance… drawers didn’t open, safe out of batteries, fridge not working, toilet roll holder fallen off the wall, door locks not working etc etc the list was quite long. Once we had sorted all of that the villa was actually really very nice. Beds comfy and fabulous location. The issue was the management company and their lack of care on the cleaning and maintenance I’ve added some pictures of what greeted us on arrival! Plus a lovely one of the pool which was great
