Stayed Aug 20, 2020Was so pleased to find this lovely villa located quietly in olive groves with fantastic westerly views over the Falasarna Bay and is rewarded by beautiful sunsets every night . The Villa is incredibly well thought out and equipped with two large bedrooms each with en-suite , large open plan living room with really well equipped kitchen everything one needs . Plenty of towels , individual dressing gowns plus hotel style slippers and local olive oil toiletries give one that hotel luxe feel .i think the photos understate the Villa . It has that wipe factor on entering the electronic gates , with large patio , shaded BBQ with outside and dining areas with plenty of electric sockets and great lighting that comes on at night show how much thought has gone into designing this wonderful villa . It was slightly tricky to find but a quick text to the agent Stella quickly put me in touch with Alkistis the owner who met me at the supermarket that the family own and drove to the villa . She is the most amazing host and couldn’t do more if needed anything . The location is great apart from te views with a couple of local restaurants within walking distance as is one of the beaches or a 2min drive , with the whole of the bay easy to drive and find a multitude of smaller beaches and sections with a good choice of restaurants , most with great views . It’s a bit of a drive from Heraklion but absolutely worth it .. would be very happy to come back .. a great find indeed ?
