Aladin, the site manager, provided us with all support required to enjoy the property. We had a fantastc stay and are palnning to go back. Highly recommended.

This place is amazing ,beautiful and quiet place . Everything look great .

We were a group of 6 adults. The villa was stunning. Rooms were very comfortable. Pool was lovely. Location was perfect overlooking the 2nd tee. Humming birds in garden. There were a few maintenance issues, (door not opening, safe broken, air con wouldn't turn off, pool pump etc), however these were quickly resolved to our satisfaction. Alladin was a real star as he was so friendly and responsive. Suggestions for improvements: 1. a basic food welcome pack option would be helpful, as we arrived tired and hungry with nowhere to go for food until the next day. 2. An information pack on local taxis, supermarkets and eateries would be useful 3. Would be handy to be able to contact security gate directly, as this was necessary when ordering taxis/ Ubers to allow them through. 4. Only 4 sunbeds were provided which is not enough when the villa sleeps up to 8 people. On the whole, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and Alex and the team did their utmost to make it a relaxing holiday for all.

Our family group consisted of 8 adults. We stayed Wednesday to Wednesday at a villa outside of the all inclusive resort. We used day passes for 3 days to take advantage of the resort amenities. The other days we ate at restaurants or cooked meals ourselves. The villa was ready for us at 4PM as promised. Positives Rooms were clean. A/C worked well Wireless was fast with good coverage Pool was clean Negatives Limited linens. Need to use same all week Had to insist that trash be emptied halfway through week. The staff normally only empties trash when occupants leave. This was a problem with the no flush paper policy. The kitchen had limited pots, pans, plates, erc. There were other issues also but the staff was responsive to our requests for the most part.

We enjoyed our stay it was pleasant . I was celebrating my birthday and Alex and his staff surprised me with cake and beautiful flowers.the property manager and everyone was available at all times

This was one of the best Airbnb that we’ve found here in the Punta Cana area. Very spacious and well maintained. Lenny was beyond amazing at making sure everything was taken care of. She truly went above and beyond to accommodate our needs.

My guests and I had a spectacular time at this home. This house is perfectly splendid, and I would recommend this place to anyone. From my experience the host was very responsive when I had any questions. Keep in mind that this is a tropical island, therefore prepare for bugs and BRING SOME BUG SPRAY! Lastly I hope you don't have a cat allergy because there little kitties around the house but they are perfectly splendid. (they don't mean any harm)
