The villa is located in a quiet and panoramic area. It is ideal for a holiday to be enjoyed outdoors thanks to large private and common spaces. Perfect destination for those who love walking, cycling or jogging in the beautiful landscape of Tignale. It is located in the pretty hamlet of Prabione just a few steps from the municipal swimming pool and just 9 km from the lake. The centre is about 2 km away where you can find shops, restaurants and bars. In a few minutes’ walk you reach thecentre of the hamlet where you will find a bar and a restaurant. The surroundings offer customers a relaxing holiday surrounded by an unforgettable view of the lake and the mountains.

The villa is about 120 square meters and can accommodate from 2 to 6 people. It is on two levels and consists of a ground floor with living room and kitchenette, a double bedroom, bathroom with shower, balcony. Basement: double bedroom, bedroom with two single beds, bathroom with shower. Car garage and uncovered parking space.

Comforts include the kitchen (4 induction burners and extractor fan), oven, blender, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, German coffee maker, toaster, satellite TV, washing machine, umbrella, two deck chairs, wi-fi.

In the garden shared with another villa there are tables and chairs ideal for making a beautiful barbecue with all the family and friends!



Toilet paper, washing-up liquid, dishwasher tabs, soap, oil, salt, pepper are not available in the apartment.



Sport and health: outdoor pool 100 m away, tennis court 2 km away, mountain-bike (possibility to rent them in the Tabaccheria Ferrero), sailing and surfing at about 7 km at the Port of Tignale. Golf about 13 km away at Golf Bogliaco.

    Ruhige Lage mit sensationellem Blick auf den Gardasee. Schöner, gepflegter Außenbereich mit Liegen und Sitzmöglichkeit. Gute Küchen- und Sanitäreinrichtung. Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Service bei Reboma. Haus ist extrem hellhörig zur nebenstehenden Doppelhaushälfte, unter anderem auch weil sich die Tiefgarage unterhalb des Gebäudes befindet. Muffig und feucht riechendes Unter-/Kellergeschoß (hier befinden sich unter anderem auch 2 Schlafzimmer). Vom Wohn-/Essbereich geht die Treppe direkt in das Kellergeschoß - sehr unsympathisch - da wie Tiefgaragenabgang anmutend. Für Frühjahrs- und Herbstgäste müssten wärmere Bettwäsche und gemütlicherer Wohnbereich (nur kleine Couch vorhanden) geschaffen werden.
