Villa La Rotonda with Pool, Garden & Wi-Fi

The villa was ideal for our group of 9, plenty of space for us all without being on top of each other both inside and out. The bedrooms were all air conditioned and the beds were comfortable. Wi-fi signal was weak in the bedrooms but fine elsewhere.Kitchen was well equipped, loads of fridge space and the laundry facilities in the outhouse were handy.The pool was huge and in pretty much constant use, and a lot of fun was had in the games room. The location was perfect, about 4 minutes walk from the train station which we used several times to get to Fuengirola or Los Boliches in the evening if we didn’t fancy the walk. Plenty of bars, restaurants, and grocery stores within a short walking distance, countless more a little further afield. About five minutes walk down the hill to the beach. We also used the train to get to and from the airport.The hosts were fantastic, very responsive to the very minor issues we had, and we saw the pool guy regularly, pottering about (but never intrusive).

A beautiful villa and so close to the beach and train station! Fabulous communication from the owners and Gilda was super friendly! Would definitely recommend.

Family joined us from around the world. Villa suited us all and the Pool was perfect.

This property was perfect for our family gathering. There was sufficient privacy and many places for the family to gather together. We loved our stay.

Pros: 9 x 50yr old+ blokes sharing for golf. Worked a treat for us. Easy access to bars, excellent service from the agent. Pool table and games area added much to the enjoyment. Beds were comfortable and plenty of hot water in bathrooms. Outdoor area clean and spacious. Already re-booked for next year!

Pros: There were four families altogether including five Grandsons aged 18 to 22 and everyone had a thoroughly enjoyable time at La Rotonda. The pool was a great success to all and used from early in the morning till late in the evening. The games room was well used and we all enjoyed breakfast and lunch on the sheltered veranda each day. We ate out most evenings and would receommend Sams and The Wessex Bar - they were so welcoming. The Villa is so very spacious, clean and comfortable - the grounds were well maintained too by the very accommodating gardener. He came back later one evening whilst we were out so as not to disturb us. The Villa is situated so conveniently for the train, bus and beach - all about five minutes walk away - it couldn't have been easier. We all wished we had booked for two weeks as one week was definitely not long enough and to make things really special the sun shone each day from early morning to late in the evening.

Pros: Overall a very positive experience, great location, nice garden with large and well maintained. However, some details could have been better. Outdoor showers water tap was broken and the showerhead was full of limerests as well as showerheads indoor. Several drawers in the kitchen was broken (fell apart when opening). Handle missing on the bridge. Lightbulbs did not work etc. Details yes, but still important for the overall experience.
