With views of the Mediterranean Sea, Villa La Favorita in Calpe impresses guests with its fantastic vistas. The two-storey property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for two people, a well-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and two additional toilets, accommodating up to eight people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi with a dedicated home office workspace, smart TV with streaming services, air conditioning, washing machine, dryer, beach or pool towels, as well as booksand toys for children. A cot and a high chair are also available. The property is located near the beach and there is a tennis court 15 minutes away on foot. There is a parking space available on the property and free street parking. A maximum of two pets is allowed. The two floors are connected by an external staircase and are not accessible from inside the property. Cameras are installed at the entrance, in the living room and in the basement; these cameras do not record actively, but may be automatically activated if the alarm is triggered.
