With views of the Mediterranean Sea, Villa La Favorita in Calpe impresses guests with its fantastic vistas. The two-storey property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for two people, a well-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and two additional toilets, accommodating up to eight people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi with a dedicated home office workspace, smart TV with streaming services, air conditioning, washing machine, dryer, beach or pool towels, as well as booksand toys for children. A cot and a high chair are also available. This holiday rental features a private outdoor area including a pool, hot tub, garden, open terrace, covered terrace, two balconies, barbecue, and outdoor shower, perfect for enjoying the sun and relaxing during your stay.



The property is located near the beach and there is a tennis court 15 minutes away on foot. There is a parking space available on the property and free street parking. A maximum of two pets is allowed. The two floors are connected by an external staircase and are not accessible from inside the property. Cameras are installed at the entrance, in the living room and in the basement; these cameras do not record actively, but may be automatically activated if the alarm is triggered.

    Pros: 5 of us have just arrived back after 10 days at the villa. The villa is beautiful and has everything that you need for a relaxing holiday. The pool is large and not overlooked so very private. Very well equipped kitchens both in the house and outside. Lovely BBQ area. Plenty of room in the villa and gorgeous views from the top terrace area. There are 2 restaurants just 2 minutes walk away, nice food and drinks on offer and they will phone a taxi for you if you want to go further out. You do really need a car to get anywhere as no local shops for everyday essentials. Sonia (the host) and her team are easily contactable if you have any issues and are very accommodating. Our flight was early morning and there was no problem checking in the villa early. Sonia is lovely and replied very quickly on WhatsApp. We have had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this villa. Thank you so much. Cons: Location is a bit out from the centre but if you are aware of this before you go it’s not a problem
