Beautifully situated cottage with lovely pool. Friendly welcome. Super!

Owner met us in Frigiliana as arranged and allowed us into the property 2 hours early, which was welcome. Lovely rustic property with beautiful, clean pool. Facilities were fine and air-con worked well. The bedroom is up in the eaves of the villa with a sloping roof, so if you are tall, like me, be prepared to keep ducking to avoid the exposed beams. Also, the stairs are a little tricky to negotiate as quite steep. The bed was ok but not great especially as the fitted sheets did not stay fitted in the night. Would recommend that a file listing recommended places to eat and see be made available with any important emergency numbers included. TV only seemed to access German, Spanish or French channels and the wi-fi wasn't powerful enough to use so relied on 4/5G. Be prepared to access the property via a pretty rough and narrow road (about a kilometre long), so hire care needs reasonable wheel clearance. Beautiful views and overall would recommend.

Lovely house, very good equipped with everything you need also for a longer stay. Nice garden, great view, great pool. Inside and outside everything is lovely decorated. And Fernando is the perfect host. Supermarkets and restaurants are a bit away, and the road to the house is partly small and partly a bit steep, but no problem to drive. Frigiliana is a lovely city with several restaurants, kids playground and a supermarket. In Nerja are big supermarkets and beaches. We absolutely enjoyed it and hope to come back soon.

Absolutely beautiful home in the mountains! We had a family of four and had plenty of space. The home interior and exterior are beautiful and pictures don't do it justice. It was April and while the pool was open it was very cold given the time of year, but kids still jumped in. The owner provided some bread, meats, cheese, water and beer. Be prepared for a 15 minute drive from town and bring your own food prior to arriving. Coordinating arrival was a bit tricky but we did arrive on a holiday weekend.

It was the perfect holiday for two - peaceful, tranquil, surrounded by beautiful plants/trees and a gorgeous pool.

Perfect in every way! Close to the beautiful town of Frigilana, yet in a peaceful location with stunning views The pool was divine - with it's lovely green tiles it was like swimming in a lake. The gardens are so pretty. The house is so pretty and traditional. Bed was so comfortable Everything was so well kept and pristinely clean. Would highly recommend.
