The villa is situated in an elevated position on the outskirts of Protaras and enjoys breath-taking sea views. Inside, the villa is furnished to a high standard whilst outside, the private garden and pool area provides the perfect setting for a memorable holiday.

Downstairs the villa has a spacious living, dining and kitchen area, with patio doors offering sea views from every angle. The furniture and decor are contemporary and stylish, with ample seating in the living and dining areas. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances needed for a comfortable self-catering stay and there is also a breakfast bar with seating area. A twin room, a W/C and a shower is also located on this floor.

Upstairs, the villas has 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and ensuite shower room. There is another double room and a twin room. The family bathroom has a bathtub with overhead shower.
