Villa Key West - luxury villa in a fantastic location with great water views

Villa Key West is a large, lovely, well-appointed rental home located right on the water offering spectacular views. This home feels comfortable and luxuriously private. The coastal style of decorating felt fresh and relaxing. The home is spacious offering a beautiful open-air concept from the moment you enter the premises out to the waterfront. Stepping outdoors delivers you onto the gorgeous patio with a heated saltwater pool, covered outdoor dining area, comfortable tiki hut and outdoor kitchen area. Then.... on down to the docks to the sunbathing chaises where sunrise AND sunset can be enjoyed! There is also a great slip for your boat. The size of the indoor kitchen was fabulous offering quality cabinets, extra-large island and nice appliances. Bedrooms are great and luxury bathrooms are superior. We were very pleased with the house hosts/managers who provided outstanding customer service. Villa Key West is a fabulous VRBO!! Constructive feedback but still rating this home top-notch is as follows: - Washer & dryer are old and need updated - Outdoor kitchen is in need of exterior lighting - Kitchen Pantry Door needs replaced. Would be lovely made to match same high quality of the kitchen cabinets.

Picture perfect weather for our 8 days! Lovely pool area with a 2 story lanai. Dock area was a must in the late afternoon to catch a breeze or see the dolphins! House delivered as promised! Lovely stay!

We took our adult kids, spouses and grandchildren age 4 and 10 months on this vacation. It was a great home with 4 bedrooms so everyone had their own space. The pool area is fantastic and very large. It looked out on a large canal area not like the typical canals in the area. The pool was in the sun all day which was perfect and what we always look for. There were pool floats and toys. We did go to the beach and they provided 2 beach chairs. We would have loved an umbrella with the baby with us. There was a sand bucket and shovels for the 4 year old. The kitchen was large and very well appointed. We never used the grill but they have one. There is a bathroom right off the pool which is convenient. The house was fantastic and we would highly recommend it. The only thing we could say is that getting to any beach on the gulf is a 35-45 minute drive over bridges that can back up. There was a charge at the end of our stay with the electricity used heating the pool which was a new thing for us with VRBO rentals. The management company was wonderful and very prompt with any questions we had.

The house was perfect. Only 4 adults and a 4 yr old and was ideal. Everyone had their own space and 2 sitting/tv rooms were perfect for 2 families. The location is great. Watched the manatees and even seen a few dolphins. The property manager Patricia was excellent and so friendly. Highly recommend this home for your family.

Perfect setting with all the amenities you could ever ask for. The owner was always available to answer questions, give advice for dinning etc. Home is very clean and accommodating.

We stayed at the Pelican with our family of 5. Kids 18,16, and 9. Lots of space to spread out for everyone. Great neighborhood and home was super clean. Only thing that would have made the property perfect would have been paddleboards and bikes. We ended up renting them in town and loved every minute of the vacation.

The home was well appointed and easily fit our family with plenty of extra space. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well-stocked, and the outdoor space was perfection. We thoroughly enjoyed the lanai, pool, hot tub, and two person kayak, as well as utilized the outdoor grill. We did rent a car, but its close proximity to stores, Fort Myers Beach, and Sanibel made for easy trips. We did have a hiccup with the AC but the house manager quickly sent someone for repair and the issue was resolved within the same afternoon. Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better vacation!

The pictures of the property do not do this place justice! It was very clean, a beautiful setting, and a quiet neighborhood. The property manager is very nice and accommodating! I would recommend staying here to anyone!
