Stayed Jan 1, 1We enjoyed very much a great villa with all you need or want as a familiy with 3 teenagers. Walking distance to Nissi and other great beaches. Close to the vibrant main road. Comfy beds, well equiped kitchen, small pool and nice surrounding. nice (but loud) neighbourhood. Good communication. We'd love to come again.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The villa is really spacious and nice. Pool is a bit small, however is great for a short cool down in the afternoon. Be aware the villa is surrounded by a lot of other villas. Most of them with friend groups enjyoing the night life in agia nappa. However the villa still feels verry secluded and the neighbours did not bother us. Distance to the beach is pretty far. However taxis will take you for about 10 eu to nissie beach.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969the condition and the facility of Katherine villa was perfect, very practical and clean. we spent there 2 weeks and it was amazing. highly recommended.
