The Space:

Kas Sumba is a water villa located in the Water Villas Bonaire complex in the heart of Kralendijk, directly at the Laguna Marina. From this unique location, you overlook the lagoon where sailing and motor boats are moored. The villa has an area of 180 m² and is situated on the second floor. Van den Tweel supermarket is within 2.1 kilometers, Te Amo Beach and Donkey Beach are 1.2 kilometers away, Sebastian's Restaurant is 1.3 kilometers away, and Dive Friends Port Bonaire is 1.1 kilometers away. You have access to a private pool where you can cool off while enjoying views over the lagoon waters.





Guest Access:

As a guest of Kas Sumba, you have access to the complete villa with three bedrooms, three bathrooms, the fully equipped kitchen, air-conditioned living room, covered veranda, terrace, and private garden. The private pool is exclusively for your use, as well as the parking space on the premises. All amenities mentioned in the description are freely accessible during your stay. To warmly welcome our guests and provide explanations about the accommodation and our beautiful island, we personally handle all arrivals! The Sunwise hosts of the accommodation will arrange your arrival with you.





The Neighborhood:

Kralendijk center with the boulevard, piers, sailing and motor boats at the mooring buoys, and colorful facades: here you're right in the middle of restaurants, bars, boutiques, and the departure point for various boat trips, including sunset tours and water taxis to Klein Bonaire. Ideal for those who want everything within walking distance and enjoy strolling along the boulevard in the evenings. For divers and snorkelers, Playa is an excellent base due to quick access to the west coast spots; for foodies and shoppers, this is the place to be. Expect liveliness, convenience, and the shortest travel times to amenities in Bonaire's capital: Kralendijk.





Getting Around:

A rental car is a must on Bonaire to explore the island beyond the immediate surroundings of Kas Sumba in Kralendijk. With your own car, you can reach all corners of the island at your own pace, from secluded snorkel spots to local restaurants. We recommend everyone rent a car, as it enables you to get everywhere. Most roads on Bonaire are paved, but for natural areas like Washington Slagbaai National Park, a pickup truck or SUV is recommended. The roads in the park are unpaved and sometimes rough, making a regular car unsuitable. There's no public transportation and the number of taxis is limited, especially on busy days when a cruise ship is docked, for example.





Other Things to Note:

Check-in is from 3PM, check-out by 10AM. Earlier or later check-in or check-out is possible upon request, depending on other guests. Smoking and pets are not allowed in our accommodations.     Beautiful water front home. Great location on the island with all we needed near by. Easy indoor outdoor living. Comfortable beds and well supplied kitchen.
