Stayed Jun 16, 2025We stayed at the Villa Kapalua for 3 weeks in June/July 2025. The pool and spa were absolutely wonderful, and very well appointed. The outside half bath is a really nice touch. The kitchen with the big island was fantastic. Beds and baths also very nice and comfortable. We had quite a bit of rain so being able to use the garage was also very nice. The screen kept the bugs away. Property manager stopped by the first day to acquaint us with everything and was very responsive. They really have thought of everything you would need to have an enjoyable time. And last but not least, the location is very good and basically within 20-30 minutes of anyplace you would want to go. We even saw a manatee in the canal behind the house.

Stayed Mar 6, 2025We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. It was beautiful, spacious, clean, comfortable, and full of wonderful amenities. It’s in a great location for getting to places in all directions: downtown Cape Coral, Fort Myers, restaurants, the airport. The neighborhood was safe, quiet, friendly, and perfect for taking walks. Three king beds! Caught many different fish in the canal. The infinity pool was gorgeous and relaxing. Silvi (with the management company) was very responsive and helpful. I would definitely book this home again for next year but, not surprisingly, there is no availability for this time of the year.
