Villa Ivory - Seafront Villa in Ayia Thekla

Ivory Villa was a very pleasent surprise regarding various provisions such as appliances, cleanness and overal customer service and care.

The house was ok, (we did not found clothes peg and Kitchen towels), more clean that we expected, we used that normally agency call in order to know if all is ok during the stay, (code pin provided to end the house was wrong)

Villa was very clean, amazing views, great pool, comfortable beds, we will definitely come back again.

We got moved to this villa from a disaster of a Villa upon arriving to Cyprus. Villas2Let were very quick to respond to this (thank god we landed in the daytime so they could action) which I can’t fault them. Upon arriving the view from the back of the villa was spectacular so we were very pleased . Then we started to notice some issues these are constructive issues that I feel they need to take onboard Needs to be deep cleaned when guests leave. We had blood on two mattresses and the duvets. It was surface cleaned when they came to clean we had to point these things out . Plug sockets hanging out of the wall loose death trap for young children The pool ladder was another hazard loose and not stable . Self catering? Not quite had to ask for tea towels oven glove loads of things missing in the kitchen for cooking which defeats being self catering. Also what they don’t show u is the view from the front basically the sewers. We loved our holiday and most things were acted upon. I did send a picture of the electrics but this was ignored . Would I have paid the price they were asking NO you are paying for the view at the back. Also the mattresses were so uncomfortable we had to put the duvets underneath to act as a mattress topper . I am a tidy person and they didn’t meet my expectations and this is why I wouldn’t rent of them again. For the price that you pay I think it’s unacceptable. Everything is on the cheap. I do have many photos of all of this but not sure I can post on here but I will be putting it on trip advisor

Beautiful villa fully equipped with every thing you need. The area is in nice and quite location and a couple of minutes walk from the beach. The hosts are friendly and the communications was excellent and they have responded to all our enquires pretty quick. We definitely recommend the villa. And the management.
