Stayed Aug 2, 2025Very nice stay in the location. You can easily walk to the beach and store bikes and SUPs in the garage. Communication was perfect and very reactive. Clima control very new and silent mode works well.

Stayed May 30, 2019This is a nice house in a very good location. We had good communictions with the owner prior to arrival and all seemed positive. Unfortunately, a more in depth inspection after the check in process revealed initially that clearly a dog had been amongst the previous occupiers and evidence of dog hairs were everywhere - the lounge upholstery, bed covers, kitchen trays, bases of lampstands etc, The arms of the chairs were tacky. We had to set to and clean these hairs off without the benfit of a vacuum cleaner. One of the showers had a broken wall mounted shower head holder which meant having to hold the shower in use there were human hairs on the sheets and bedding. The extractor fan in the windowless bathroom did not work. Most annoying of all was that the built in BBQ was filthy and unusable because the base to centre the charcoal was missing. This was particularly disappointing as we had chosen the house amongst many others because we intended to be self catering and BBQ each evening, This was now impossible. We reported these issues to the owner who was very apologetic face to face. However, when we asked for a refund of our cleaning fee as we had left the property cleaner than we found it and had spent a lot of time cleaning during our stay, it was refused. We felt that cleanliness in a rental holiday home is a first requirement and clearly the owner did not agree. The mention of the BBQ available which so attracted us to choose this property was a inaccurate description as it was completely unusable. Overall very disappointing, when there was much else that was good about this property.
