This sophisticated historic villa‘s location lets guests have a fabulous view of the typical Tuscan country landscape. It affords a terrace with commanding views and a swimming pool (5 x 12m) providing the best way for leisure after a voyage of discoveries. The villa has a grotto in its 10.000 sq-m garden dotted with trees.
Florence (35 km), Arezzo and San Gimignano, Siena, Pisa and Lucca (80 km on average) are some magnets nearby. The railway station off the villa leads everywhere. Sailing, windsurfing or riding the villa’s bikes, riding horses and playing golf are some of the activities to embark on which holidays give time to.

Interiors
The villa can host up to 14 guests in 7 double bedrooms.
Downstairs is a large country fully equipped kitchen with its own dining area, formal dining room, living room, three double bedrooms and two bathrooms with bathtub and/or shower.
Upstairs are four double bedrooms with a bathroom each with bathtub or shower and another living room. There are 6 bathrooms altogether.
The two storeyed building is brimmed with antiques. It underwent refurbishment: long ago to the original medieval building in the 1700s, and recently to turn it into the charming villa guests enjoy today. This villa has still the marks left by soldiers in the period Italy was occupied turning it into a historic landmark of how the war affected the Tuscan life.
If guests would like, they can have their cuisine course, meals prepared by a chef and wine tours around the area.
