Villa in Lloret de Mar with stunning sea views

Couldn’t fault the property the location was fantastic for us, albeit a 10min drive to the beach which we didn’t mind. Supermarkets just a 5minute drive. I wouldn’t recommend walking anywhere as the hills to the villa aren’t small. The villa has enough parking for 4 cars not suitable for sports cars.The pool was a great size 10m long so enough to get your lengths in it was just the right depth for the kids the deepest end around 1.5m The villa had some good quality high end appliances all very clean to include a dish washer two fridges 1 freezer a cooker plus the washing machine and dryer.It’s a very spacious villa there was 6 of us and it was never over crowded.On first appearance it looked spotless inside but after staying a few days we started to notice things our room in particular had cob webs in each corner of the room housing a spider in each, all though the floor looks clean it really isn’t after mopping up water from a shower with a towel it quickly showed how dirty the floor was.We would happily stay there again the host was great and a pleasure to deal with.

Cindy L has given a very accurate review echoing our observations. Pool area is tired with lots of pool tiles missing, decoration generally needs a refresh. A pack would be an advantage with local information etc along with things like Wi-Fi password we had to ask for. Not much communication but we did manage to get in at check in time thanks to the maintenance man being there. Those things aside we had a fantastic time it really is a nice property with great views.

The villa is a nice modern property but the description on the vrbo website at the time of booking and during our stay in May 2022 was not accurate. This is a FOUR bedroom, THREE bathroom property and will not be suitable for more than 8 guests. An advertised fifth “bedroom” is a room with a VERY LOW ceiling that would not accommodate even small children. Feedback was sent to the property agent after our stay highlighting this and several other issues (e.g. providing a gas lighter for the barbecue instead of a box of matches; placing safety stickers on the patio doors), all of which are easily fixable to ensure future guests have a safer and more comfortable stay. Communication from the property agent needs to be improved before and during the stay - such as providing information about finding the property more easily, where to park, location of local amenities (e.g. nearest supermarkets) and explaining the check-in process. The living room provides a sociable space with 2 very long sofas and large TV, and the kitchen was sufficiently kitted out with 2 large fridges. The property is showing signs of wear and tear around the pool area but we still had a pleasant stay.

We had a wonderfull stay in the house, the owner was very helpfull and the house was very practical. The only thing they should mention is that the 5th room is a room where only children can sleep, it’s too low for adults.

This house has everything you wish for! Large house with exclusive standard, great poolarea with a large pool, sunbeds, outdoorshower and a jacuzzi. The house lies in a quiet neighbourhood wich we appreciated very much.

We loved our stay here. A modern house with exclusive standard and an amazing view. A short drive to the city of llorete de mar, with a beautiful beach and great restaurants. Highly recommended!

Extremely nice house with a fantastic View. Inside there is a lot of space for the big family, where you also can find your privacy. The outdoor area with pool, sun beds and jacuzzi is super!

Great house that has everything you want. Fresh and clean. The outdoor environment is great with pool/sleeping places etc.
