The villa features a spacious living-dining room with direct access to the garden and private swimming pool, a fully equippedopen-plan kitchen, and four bedrooms.



It also has two additional beds, a bathroom with a bathtub, a bathroom with a shower, and an additional toilet, offering space and comfort for all guests.



The house is equipped with air conditioning throughout the accommodation, dishwasher, oven, microwave, washing machine and outdoor furniture.



In the exterior, you will be able to enjoy a lovely garden with a private swimming pool, barbecue area, and covered parking within the estate.
