Villa Greta in Polignano a Mare, maximum relaxation in nature between sea and countryside

Villa Greta is a wonderful home. Very clean and comfortable. Town is just a short drive. The outdoor space is breathtaking and especially from the hammock. Beautiful inside and out. Thank you for sharing your home with our family.

My family of 5 just completed our one week stay at the Villa Greta. We can’t say enough about this gorgeous villa and the hosts. Everything is modern, new and spotless. There is a huge outdoor living area with kitchen and gorgeous swimming pool which we enjoyed each day. Michele and Nicoletta were wonderful hosts. Very accommodating, kind and helpful. They encouraged us to pick produce from their beautiful garden which we enjoyed so much. The location offers privacy and relaxation but is only 12-15 minutes to Polignano a Mare and Monopoli by car. Other towns were just a short 30 min car ride away. Our stay at the Villa made our trip to Puglia truly memorable. We cannot wait to come back again. Grazie Michele & Nicoletta!

My husband and I rented Villa Greta in July 2024 and our experience was absolutely wonderful! The villa is located within 10-15 minutes from beautiful beaches, Polignano a Mare's historic centre, shopping and countless restuarants.The villa has all your modern conveniences including centrail air conditioning which cools perfectly and very good water pressure! It's completely gated and private, has a clean, inviting swimming pool and a garden that boosts olive trees, fig trees, almond trees, peaches and much more. Our hosts, Nicoletta and Michele, were very accomodating and always available by phone or text. They take pride in their property and appreciate watching others enjoy it as well. We plan to return to Villa Greta when vacationing in Polignano for years to come!

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Greta. Despite we are very selective when it comes to renting an house for our holidays, All expectations we had were met with Villa Greta & above ? We, as well, really enjoyed the Puglia region and the city of Polignagno a Mare. The Villa is absolutely stunning, located in a very quiet location but as well very close to the city (5 Km/10min). The house is very well equipped (BBQ, Pizza Oven, 2 big bathrooms and outside shower, Dishwasher...). Not to mention an outstanding pool which is perfect if you are a family or a small group of friend. We could as well enjoyed the view of a beautiful well maintained garden surrounding by many types of trees (Olives, Pomegranates, Peach, Almond etc..) and beautiful smell of flowers and herbs (Lavenders, Basilic, rosemary…) Last but not least a very warm thank you to Nicoletta and Michele, the Owners, who were extremely attentive and careful with us to ensure we have a wonderful stay and made us feel so comfortable in the Villa during our fantastic holiday. We cannot recommend this place enough and will certainly come again in the future.

Our stay at Villa Greta was a dream holiday and we fell in love with Puglia! The villa is absolutely stunning and set in a quiet location near Polignano a Mare, surrounded by fascinating centennial olive trees and close to some great locations such as Alberobello, Ostuni, Monopoli, Fasano. The Owners were extremely attentive and made us feel incredibly welcome throughout our stay. We were spoiled with a bottle of their olive oil and local wine. We especially enjoyed harvesting fruits and vegetables from the garden every day. A real treat! The villa was spotless, with excellent amenities and a stunning outdoor pool (the highlight for our children!) and kitchen/bbq area which include a wood fired oven. We cannot recommend this place enough and will certainly return again in the future. Thank you Nicoletta and Michele for a fantastic holiday!
