Villa Gio- 300 Mt from the sea

Everything clean, fully equipped and we were also kindly surprised when we found some snacks drinks in the fridge. The place was quiet, few minutes of walk to the beach. For us dream vacation ?

The house is lovely, situated in a nice area. The beach is a short walking distance away. A mini market can be found maybe 50 m away. Cool trips can be made to the surrounding mountains.

It was the second time we stayed at Villa Gio and we had a fantastic time again. Michele is a superb host. The house and garden are beautiful, very clean, and perfect for a relaxing holiday. There is a rosticceria very close by, which is very convenient. Marvellous beaches in the vicinity -- everything was perfect! Thank you for making us feel so welcome and for being such a fantastic host, Michele!

The holiday chalet is highly recommended. Nothing is missing and the kitchen is well equipped. There is a butcher nearby with good offers. The area is not so touristy and crowded and therefore good for relaxing.

We had a wonderful time at Villa Gio! The house is beautiful, very comfortable, well equipped, and impeccably clean with a lovely garden, a BBQ, and a big outdoor terrace with different seating areas. It is located in a quiet area and just a short walk from a very scenic, sandy beach -- perfect for kids -- and a small beach restaurant. There is also a mini-market round the corner which is open during the main season (starting 01 June). A great place to relax and unwind! The host, Michele, is absolutely fantastic! We arrived very late due to a late flight, and on our arrival, everything was set up for us (including travel cots for the kids). Michele even left some drinks, pasta, and snacks for us, which was highly appreciated after our long journey. He also provided us with lots of information on restaurants and shops in the area -- and could be reached 24/7, always willing to help if needed. Mille graze, Michele!

we enjoyed our stay at villa gio a lot! the house and the surroundings are nice and its only a few minutes walk to the beach. grocery and restaurants are a little further away but still ok for the season. the communication with michele was super nice and easy. we‘d love to come again.

Michele and Daniela are great hosts. The house is nice and well equipped, located in a quite area. There is plenty of space arround the house and the beach is in walking distance. Our kids loved it. Grazie Michele and Daniela!

Well equipped villa with a big garden and a very nice host. Uncomplicated check-in, checkout, good introduction, communication, ... Quiet area, perfect for recreation.
