Villa Frassino, privacy and relaxation assured ..

We loved the villa from the moment we walked through the gate into the beautiful garden. The villa was comfortable, really well equipped and the pool was fantastic. All in all it was a perfect place for our family holiday. A great location, very peaceful, super relaxing and lots to do locally. A wonderful find. A big thank you to our hosts, you were amazing.

A wonderful time here at Villa Frassino. A comfortable and well appointed home. The pictures don't do it justice just how beautiful it is. The host were very helpful and great to work with. Thank you again for being such gracious host.

Property is absolutely lovely peaceful, private with amazing views. Very spacious with plenty of different seating areas. Good size pool although extremely cold this time of year. Definitely need a car as remote location, access road is very lumpy and bumpy.

Great pool and outside areas, so relaxing to sit outside every day and enjoy the views and the pool, Driveway was somewhat challenging and could use some trimming of the bushes along the drive. The upstairs bath was shared by 2 bedrooms and ceiling was a little low and had a few bumped heads. Overall a beautiful place to stay and would recommend as a central place to stay and explore the area,

The villa is perfect and is spacious enough for around 8 people. The Pool area is beautiful and well maintained. The villa has everything one might need and the hosts are very nice. The only slight issue is the road leading up to the villa which is quite rough.

This is truly an amazing property! The villa and pool are so beautiful you will not want to leave! Communication with the host was great and we absolutely loved staying here. We cooked amazing food using the kitchen and outdoor charcoal bbq. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

While this is a beautiful setting amid olive groves and the pool is in a majestic setting, I unfortunately cannot recommend this spot to fellow travelers and I hope that others will not go through all the headaches and annoyances, big and small, that we experienced. Before renting, I emailed Fabiola to ask about the a/c and the interne; she said they were both worked well. Upon our arrival, while she was very detailed about the garbage (which we appreciated) she never checked or explained about the air conditioning. Of course, when we went to turn on a unit in a bedroom it was not functioning. Turns out, the whole system was down . While the service people they sent were able to fix it, they triggered the alarm to the home, which went off for about 20 mins. They obviously had not checked the system. While the house was very clean, it appeared that the cleaners had been rushed as they left supplies, including sponges and garbage bags. When my adult son and I arrived (prior to another family) we unfortunately noticed that the house was NOT stocked with paper towels, hand soap,. sponges (we found those left absent-mindedly in a plastic bag on the couch), extra toilet paper, laundry detergent, olive oil, salt and pepper... . The only item left for us were 3 wrinkled lemons. My son and I unfortunately had to make a long list of staples and spent 3 hours doing a major market run to get the house stocked up properly. I had just arrived from the US 3 days prior and could imagine having to spend my vacation getting bars of soap for each bathroom and toilet paper. When we began to make dinner that first nights, we saw that the device provided to light the oven in the kitchen had run out of fuel. As we were not going to be able to make breakfast without a flame, Fabiola did drop off another ignitor that night. Again, this nuisance could have been avoided had they properly checked these critical items. We also did not have oven mitts or dish towels, 2 other items she dropped that first night. That first night, we tried to BBQ and as we were eating outside, we noticed a bevy of RATS in the yard near the BBQ. When we texted, F. said that was part of nature. We had trouble with the internet and one of the a/c units in the bedroom stopped working and our friends got no sleep that night. When we asked where the swim towels were, we were told that we could rent a towel for 3 euros per person for the week. This place could be so much better.

We had an amazing stay in Villa Frassino. The pool, the view and the whole interior are very beautiful. Our host Fabiola was an angel and helped us so much...even with recommendations and reservations of fantastic restaurants. We will definitely come back and can highly recommend this villa and Fabiola as the perfect host!

Tasteful and functional villa with gorgeous grounds, lovely pool, and sweeping, magnificent views over the valley and out to the sea. Perfectly private and peaceful--no neighbors, and the house is the furthest up on the hill so there's no one to look down on you. Fabiola is highly responsive and went to great lengths to successfully resolve a few issues that were entirely beyond her control. Highly recommend for a lovely holiday.

Our family of 4 adults and 2 children just spent an amazing week at this property in Sicily and it was perfect!!! The location is ideal, with the exception of a few more towels everything was perfect and could not have been better. Great beaches, scenery, accommodations, and a pool that was spectacular and clean!! We all loved it and can't wait to return!! That you Fabiola for providing a wonderful home for us to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary with our family!
