Ideally located facing the sea, the villa is only 15 minutes from Sainte Lucie de Porto Vecchio and 10 minutes from the most beautiful beaches of southern Corsica. The 5 bedrooms have 4 bathrooms/showers (1 bathtub) with toilets, plus 2 separate toilets for your convenience.

The kitchen is fully equipped with 2 dishwashers, two large refrigerators, a coffee machine, microwave, large cooktop, and modern appliances. A utility room (pantry/laundry) adds extra practicality.

The high-standard villa, with no overlooking neighbors, is surrounded by terraces, including a large wooden deck around the pool and two private upstairs terraces with sea views. The heated infinity pool (15 m x 5 m x 1.8 m), secured by an electric cover, is heated from April 1st to the All Saints’ holidays.
