Great villa, we were greeted with a delicious cake and mint tea by the amazing staff Abdel Wahid and Mama Nazir. the rooms are awesome, very luxurious, clean. Pros: Has all the facilities, kitchen, tv etc. Heated pool is a must! It's so lush! Staff do everything they can for you to make your stay comfortable Lots of respect for the two Mama's (the two older ladies who cook and clean, very nice, and amazing cooks) Abdel Wahid good guy and looks after the place very well Villa backs onto a golf course which makes for a pleasent view Other feedback: Villa is a little far from city centre, taxi's cost around 50 dhiram which is not bad. Not much around the villa area apart from one restaurant. no shops for general supplies If you speak Arabic or French you'll be fine with the staff, although google translater did the job for us and we were able to communicate effectively with all staff Issues: Air Con for Master Room (which has terrace balcony), smells very bad, maintenance issue, so we did not use Shower heads in 2 of the bathrooms not that effective The driver Younis who took us from airport, is a not very reliable. Although he picked us up, he over-charged us for general use around Marrakesh, he never confirms price so you have to push him for this. And to top it off, he never turned up for our Airport Return Transfer, so luckily the resourceful Abdel Wahid got another driver who got us to the Airport. So if you meet Younis, dont bother using him unless you like to be over-charged / and want an unreliable driver. Sorry to say this. Although that is not the villa's fault, but just general feedback. 5 star all the way, I would definitely stay here again , owner is very good too Jean Marc, good communications and no problems getting deposit back. We had a wonderful stay overall. The villa is comfortable, beautiful and meticulously clean both inside and out and the staff are friendly and attend to your every need. Najia is an amazing lady and really made it us feel welcome and she is a superb cook. Given that we stayed with small children and the villa is not close to town, we needed a car hire to go anywhere. However the villa's driver was very helpful and friendly. The villa is mostly private however it overlooks a golf course and so occasionally you will see staff walking past the perimeter of the garden, looking in.
