Stayed Dec 24, 2025Yes it was Christmas and we needed something’s. The just did not hesitate to take time away from their family to ensure we had the things that we needed. If we’re ever back to Cocoa Beach, we will definitely be staying there again. !!

Stayed Dec 26, 2025Great communication from the host. Condo was extremely clean and ready when we arrived. Easy access to the beach - less than 2 minutes door to sand! Having beach accessories available was a nice extra touch.

Stayed Jun 20, 2025The unit is clean and beautifully maintained, with everything thoughtfully organized. The location is excellent—very quiet and just steps from the beach. The beach itself is clean and uncrowded, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. At the same time, you’re only minutes away from Cocoa Beach’s best spots and restaurants. The host is also fantastic—quick to respond and very attentive to guest requests.

Stayed Mar 7, 2025The property was located right off the main road and very easily accessible, lots of restaurants around. I wish there were pictures of the other bedroom as it has 2 sets bunk beds. It was in the description and that was my mistake of not reading it all. Overall it was wonderful and would definitely stay again.

Stayed Jul 12, 2024this was a perfect place for my group to stay at the beach during my birthday weekend. there was plenty of space for all 4 of us and our two pets! it was nice to be close to the beach. because it was a little south, the beach felt very private and the crowds were less than what i’m used to, which was great! thanks :)
