Stayed May 29, 2024Stunning villa with outstanding views over the marina, sunsets were beautiful to watch. We had an amazing holiday and enjoyed days relaxing by the pool as well as days out on a boat and to the beach in Ammousa a short drive away. The bars and restaurants in Sivota are fantastic, a great atmosphere in the marina all times of the day. We were sad to leave after a wonderful weeks holiday, and hope to return in the not too distant future.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Everything was superb! I would definitely recommend this villa to friends and family and would be looking to use this agency again. Its always a pleasure to stay somewhere that is clean and comfortable. The pool area is really beautiful and we spent more of our time there. What could be better than sitting out on the huge terrace enjoying the morning sun and a stunning sea view? A peaceful location away from the main tourist strip, which makes it a perfect relaxing place.

Stayed May 13, 2023Negatives Taxi struggled to find villa could do with sign at bottom of main road as others have done and at lane entrance to villa and for late arrival guest's and leave outside light on at front of villa and gates. Villa location distance to Taverns not as described.( maybe as crow can fly) Some of outside furniture in need of replacement balcony canvas roof shading damaged and seen better days. Positives Villa has beautiful views nice sunny location there are some building works in close proximity to the villa which when they use large machinery can be irritating. You can walk to the taverns and shops but would not recommend walking back after dark. ( taxi down to bay Taverns 25 euros each way) Richard the host was great and responded quickly as did the management company with any requirements / issues, staff looking after the villa are difficult to communicate with but did their very best they were kind and attentive. All in All we had a wonderful holiday in Sivota beautiful place loverly people good food and wine. Would not hesitate to recommend this area to holiday.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Overall a perfect property and a perfect location. We enjoyed our stay at the villa which had everything we needed and especially loved having meals on the terrace and staying home to use the pool. The living room, kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms were really comfortable. Most important, we got a great sea view from the balcony. There were no issues and the property met and even surpassed our expectations in some areas. Thank you!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Villa Faneromeni was exactly as described. It was clean, and cozy and had more than everything you could need. Tastefully decorated. The pool area was fantastic with plenty of space to relax. There was also a BBQ that we used really often. We also spent a great time at Gialos Beach and Vasiliki and tried really tasty specialties in its tavernas. Felt very secure and would definitely come back with my family.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969All was perfect! Villa Faneromeni was truly amazing and the grounds were stunning. Very clean, and quiet, with a lot of greenery around and a sea view! Most of the time we spent around the pool and on the balcony while enjoying the evening sea breeze. The villa was located just a 10-minute drive from the famous Paralia Mikros Gialos, an amazing sandy beach. While we were there, we took a boat tour and enjoyed the beauties of Fiscardo as well. Thank you for our wonderful holiday.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We spent an amazing time there. Excellent facilities, great location, and lovely staff. Villa Faneromeni was very clean with lots of space, nice bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen with lots of dishes, plates, glasses, etc. Such a delight to sit and have breakfast in the mornings or a glass of wine in the evenings around your own swimming pool. We also visited Vasiliki and Nydri, amazing villages where we tried some of the best Greek specialties. The local people are warm, kind, and extremely helpful when you lost your way. We warmly recommend this villa to all of you.

Stayed Sep 16, 2022The villa is perched on the very highest point of the hill/mountain on the south side of Syvota. The views are spectacular. Nothing else is. Getting to it by car, even with GPS co-ordinates, is ludicrously difficult - the upper part of the access road is a 45 degree, rough, unmade, rutted, loose surfaced scramble up a narrow access track which we initially refused to believe could be the access to a modern villa costing a considerable amount per night. But it is the only way up there, and the only way down. The owner’s parents had to escort us up in their truck. We booked through Agni Travel. There is not one sign with their name on it amongst the forest of boards along the first part of the (tarmacced) access road. Instead, we later discovered, a sign for “Dream Villas” was the one to follow - how were we supposed to divine that? Generally, the precariously steep hillside teems with partly built, partly never to be built, carcasses of new villas. Builders are at work making noise throughout the day. Inside, the property is an utterly characterless white painted modern box. Not one single homely, cosy or comfortable touch anywhere. Warning to older guests and children - a steep wooden staircase goes down to the lower floor, with no handrails at all. Incredible. The kitchen is basic and averagely equipped - why no coffee machine? Why only one small sofa for a house advertised as accommodating six? Why no property handbook or explanation of the various controls, TV and aircon etc? And no hairdryer! The swimming pool - no warnings that there is virtually no shallow end and that the pool floor slopes sharply down from both ends. Virtually useless - and dangerous - for those who like or need to avoid getting out of their depth. And Syvota itself? Pretty little harbour, lots of yachts and quayside tavernas, bars and a few shops. But absolutely nothing else. Fine for overnighting yachts but far too limited for landbased visitors. We had booked 4 nights, after having stayed for five in a charming apartment in Itea. So disappointed were we with the location and the villa itself, we left after one night and wasted a lot if money. Overall, one star is a fair rating.
