Villa Elounda is a contemporary property designed with attention to detail, featuring modern interiors complemented by natural materials and a neutral colour palette. The villa can accommodate up to sixteen guests across eight spacious bedrooms.The ground floor includes the main open-plan living space, with high ceilings and French doors that allow for ample natural light and a sense of openness. This level also includes a fully equipped kitchen with a full range of modern appliances. Two double bedrooms are located on this floor, both of which can be configured as twin rooms if required. Each has an en-suite bathroom, and one offers direct access to a small terrace.On the first floor, there are two additional double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and private terrace offering sea views. On the lower ground floor, guests will find two more double or twin bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms and direct access to the garden and pool area. The final two bedrooms are situated in the garden suite and also feature en-suite facilities.The outdoor area includes a private swimming pool with panoramic views of the surrounding landscape. There are designated spaces for outdoor dining, making it easy to enjoy meals alfresco. Between Villa Elounda and its neighbouring property, Villa Elounda Megali, a series of pathways wind through natural vegetation. These paths lead to rest areas and hammocks, providing quiet, shaded spots to unwind beneath the olive trees.
By early spring 2026,  guests will discover within the grounds a private, multi-purpose court that seamlessly transforms from tennis to pickleball, volleyball, or even half-court basketball, all set upon a state-of-the-art, four-layer cushioned surface engineered for both comfort and performance. It’s essentially four private courts in one, reserved just for you.
