Stayed Jun 3, 2024This wasn’t our first trip to Greece but it was our first time on Corfu. I picked Villa Eleni in Kassiopi for its beautiful pool and location; and we are so pleased we did! The house is beautiful, clean and spacious. Every view is breathtaking! We had everything we needed as far as amenities; there was even a welcome bottle of wine and loaf of local French bread waiting for us! The location is close to the main beach and all the restaurants. You don’t need a car but if you have one there is parking behind a gate there as well. We did drive so that was very convenient. All in all, this is a great house and Anna is very sweet. You will love your stay in Kassiopi at Villa Eleni!

Stayed Oct 13, 2022First time in Kassiopi and we will definitely be back. Lovely villa about a 10 min walk from the harbour. Very clean- Anna and Leo were excellent and very easy to deal with. The Villa is spotless and has a great pool. The restaurants in the harbour are excellent- overall we had a great stay- it’s one of the prettiest places I think I’ve visited. Recommend the boat trip on the Durrell trail as well.

Stayed Jul 8, 2019We've stayed in Corfu seven times now, always in and around Kassiopi, Avlaki and San Stefanos and this villa is excellent. Lovely big pool, secluded due to the plant pots all around the walls, good outdoor seating and dining table. Plenty of excellent and comfy sunbeds with pool towels provided. The interior fit out is all excellent quality: granite tops in kitchen, bathrooms etc, solid oak doors on the wardrobes rather than laminate and so on. Quality bathroom fittings and the top floor suite is amazing - lovely double aspect room, big private terrace with views and an excellent bathroom, again with spectacular views. Comfy beds! Location is very good - whilst very close to the centre of Kassiopi (5 minute walk via a cut through), it's on a hill which has very little traffic and is actually very quiet. We have stayed on the opposite side of the main road through Kassiopi (lots of villas available on the hill) but it was more remote with a 20 minute uphill walk from town, not much fun for our teenage sons after a night out or walking back in the heat. The situation of this villa is perfect - couldn't be better - right mix of access to town and privacy. Keleigh and Yiannis are great owners - Keleigh is English so no communication issues and dropped by to make sure all was OK on our first day. Cleaners are in very regularly. The villa is much better than in the photos and thoroughly recommended. We would stay here again and thanks for having us.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Villa Eleni completely exceeded our expectations. The villa was immaculately clean and comfortably accommodated our party of 9. The pool was perfect, with so much outside space and plenty of shaded areas to relax and eat. Keleigh, the owner, visited us on the first day and gave us lots of information on local beaches and restaurants, all within walking distance. We didn't have any problems with the villa, but it was good to know Keleigh was there in Kassiopi if we needed her. It was a short walk into the town for shops and a huge selection of bars and restaurants. Great if, like us, you have older children with you who enjoy a bit of independence. Not necessary to have a car as everything is so close by. We loved the fact that even though we were in the town so close to everything, the villa is not overlooked. We had the most amazing holiday at Villa Eleni and would highly recommend it.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The pictures of this villa online simply do not show how wonderful it is. The Villa is set on a quiet side street a couple of minutes walk away from the main town. Quite often, with a location this close to the centre, you expect a certain amount of noise but Villa Eleni is like an oasis of calm in the middle of the hustle and bustle. You can sit on the balcony overlooking the town at any time of day and the only sound is that of the Cicadas in the tree or the soft breeze running through the leaves of the trees. The Villa itself sits proudly on a small slope overlooking the town and sea and is impressive from the start. The entrance is as grand as the very large living room and the bedrooms are all impeccably clean and well presented. The beds are soft and the floors are thankfully cooling in the heat of the sun. The main bedroom is very large with two balconies coming from the two large double doors. One is small and overlooks the sea, a perfect place for a peaceful moment, the other is enormous and was always the venue for drinks before heading out for the evening. The bathroom in the main bedroom features a very large bath and a mirrored window overlooking the bay, a moving picture of the town of Kassiopi and quite entrancing. The pool is equally impressive, laden with seating and sunbeds, a crystal clear way to cool off. The pool area is cleaned almost daily and each morning we would wake to a perfectly swept stone floor surrounding the largest pool we have ever encountered in a Villa. The large Barbecue area is very well placed to cook in the evening, in the shadow of the Olive trees at the side of the garden offering welcome relief from the heat of the sun. The whole experience is very decadent and you will not want to leave. A wonderful example of what a villa should be like. Some places say they are amazing, this one is amazing. 5 Stars all the way.
