Villa Elena is a prestigious villa with a pool and suggestive sea view.

Everything was very good. Wi-Fi was good, the rooms and terraces and the pool was very fine but maybe you could take a look at the dishwasher it is not in good order, a broken wheal. But every other things was very fine.

A group of family and friends rented this Villa for 7 days. During this time we had the best time! We even had a wedding at the Villa! Giulia, the hostess, made our stay truly wonderful by helping us with the wedding, dinners, tours, and suggestions around Conca dei Marini. This is the perfect town for an Amalfi vacation. Close enough to Amalfi and Positano, but away from the crowds. We will definitely be back! Highly recommend this villa for your vacation!

Nice property with a great view in a quaint little town. Property manager is very helpful and will arrange transportation and activities.

We stayed as a group of 7 people (5 adults and 2 teens). Giulia was very helpful and communicative long before our arrival and throughout our stay. She gave us a tour when we checked in and reached out a number of times during our stay to see if we needed anything. The two teens were celebrating birthdays and Marica arranged for a beautiful cake as a gift. Very thoughtful. The location is beautiful with a lovely view. We didn’t have a car so we walked to dinner (there’s 2 restaurants – one in each direction – Nino’s and Le Bonta del Capo. Try both. Nino’s was very homey, traditional and welcoming. Le Bonta del Capo is more upscale but also very good.), a small market which has all the necessities, a wine shop, and a pottery shop with also has great cappuccino’s and croissants with a lovely view – just past Nino’s on the opposite side of the street. I wish we found it earlier in the week!). Yes, there are stairs but you shouldn’t go to the Amalfi Coast if you don’t like stairs. I would recommend the porter. Well worth the money to have them carry your bags up the stairs. One recommendation I have for guests is to make sure you understand how to use the kitchen appliances. We didn’t bother to ask at check in and then struggled to figure them out during our stay. Of course, Giulia quickly showed us at check out so it’s our own fault for not asking. One con – some barking dogs up behind the villa. We didn’t hear them in our room but a couple of our friends who stayed in the

My family enjoyed our stay at Villa Elena on a trip to the Amalfi Coast. We had high expectations looking at the photos on the web, actually arriving at the villa easily exceeded them! The villa is spacious and the variety of rooms, all with private bathrooms, air conditioning and great wifi, are so fun to explore. The terrace overlooking Capri, the garden, the pool, the ocean view, you will have to see it in person to really experience it. Marica is our host, she offers hospitality second to none. Highly recommended!

I recently stayed at Villa Elena, a centrally located and beautiful property. However, my experience was marred by several issues. Although the management team responded to our requests, they were unable to resolve the hot water problem, resulting in cold showers for most of our stay—an unacceptable inconvenience. Additionally, the Wi-Fi was out for an entire evening and part of the following day. We also dealt with a persistent ant problem in the rooms, which remained unresolved despite two visits from the cleaning staff. The main gate was often jammed and difficult to open, which added to our frustration. The villa provided only a limited number of towels for our group of 13, forcing us to do laundry frequently. Pool towels were missing initially and were only provided after we pointed out the oversight, reflecting a lapse in management. These unresolved issues and lack of compensation for the inconveniences led to a disappointing stay. I recommend potential guests carefully consider these factors before booking.

I recently stayed at this property, and unfortunately, it was overall a mediocre experience. First off, the lack of air conditioning was a major issue. We visited during a warm period, and the house became almost unbearable in the afternoons and evenings. Even with fans, it was uncomfortable, and it made it difficult to relax or get a good night's sleep. They have air conditioning but it is completely useless. Another significant problem was the ant infestation. We noticed ants in the kitchen on the first day, and despite our efforts to keep things clean, they seemed to be everywhere. Another issue is you have to climb 80+steps and the host asked us to pay $15/bag to have a porter. To make matters worse, the place was lacking in basic amenities. The toiletries provided were of poor quality and in very limited supply. We ended up having to go out and buy our own, which was inconvenient and unexpected given the price I paid for the rental. Overall, the property is average for the price they demand. Lack of air conditioning, combined with the ant problem and the subpar toiletries, made for an uncomfortable stay. I would not recommend this property and suggest looking elsewhere for a better experience. Unless you have your own transportation this area is very difficult to access. I would recommend staying near the water as this place is way high up. The views from the pool are good but they are blocked by the planters which made no sense to me.

Villa Elena is a stunning property with plenty of space for a large group. It’s even more lovely than the pictures. We stayed with adults and young children and we enjoyed all that Conca dei Marini has to offer. Villa Elena is in a great location; close to the square and restaurants and grocery store. The pool was lovely and the terraces have views out of this world! We’re already planning our next trip! Giulia was so helpful. Marica always responds to emails quickly. This place was better than the photos!!! The location was centrally located on the Amalfi coast yet in a beautifully non crowded area. We had beautiful food nearby and the hostess was very friendly and accommodating! This is a place I would love to revisit!!
