INTERIOR



The main floor features a cosy living room equipped with satellite/DTT TV and air conditioning, ideal for relaxing at any time of the year. It also includes an elegant separate dining room, likewise air-conditioned, with direct access toa terrace from which pleasant views of the private swimming pool and the impressive Peñón de Ifach can be enjoyed.



The kitchen is open-plan and fully equipped with a ceramic hob and dishwasher for greater comfort during the stay. Two bedrooms are furnished with two single beds each, while the master bedroom offers a double bed, an en-suite bathroom with shower tray, and air conditioning. The layout is completed by a second independent bathroom, also fitted with a shower tray.



Air conditioning is available only in the living room, the dining room, and the master bedroom.



EXTERIOR



The villa offers a spacious garden terrace surrounding the magnificent 8x4 m private swimming pool, which is equipped with comfortable Roman steps and an outdoor shower. There is also a built-in barbecue, ideal for enjoying outdoor meals in a peaceful setting.

Within the same plot there is outdoor parking space with capacity for two vehicles.



LOCATION



Located in the quiet residential area of Ortenbach, the villa lies at a distance of 1.6 km from the sandy beach and several restaurants, while the nearest supermarket is only 220 m away, allowing easy access to all essential services during the stay.

Free Wi-Fi connection is provided so that guests can remain connected at all times throughout their holiday.

In addition, one pet of up to 12 kg is allowed with a supplement, enabling the whole family to enjoy a pleasant holiday experience.
