Villa du Soleil!Sunny, 6 bedrooms-South facing pool! Close to Disney!

This house has it all! We had 4 adults and 7 kids for our stay, and we all loved this house. The kids enjoyed the pool, game room, and resort amenities. They resort did poolside games for the kids and gave away prizes, which they all loved. Our first night we couldn't get in but the owner provided us with 24hr emergency numbers and we were able to get ahold of someone immediately to get us access. The host answered all my questions and was great about checking in. Definitely would recommend this place to other families!

This house was great for our family, Very well appointed & I appreciated the detailed instructions, labels (eg there's a lot of remotes) and overall organization. The home is on a quiet street within a bustling neighborhood. There were so many amenities at the home itself we never did use the community pool or sports courts but the 24 hour gym is a nice extra to have. Communication was 10! The pool and hot tub were a highlight. We had 2 days of uncommonly cold temperatures and we were still able to enjoy a soak in the hot tub after a long day out. We would not hesitate to book this property again and bring some other family members with to enjoy!

We loved the house! It was perfect for our family vacation. Our only regret was not being able to spend more time in the home enjoying the pool and game room. We had a full week of park visits, but I will say the hot tub was definitely needed each day! Communication with the hosts was awesome, they respond back immediately to answer questions. Communication prior to our stay was great, they offer so many amenities for families with or without children! We can’t wait to start planning our next family vacation here!

Very nice property, good location, excellent infobfrom the owners.hot tub, pool were great. Nice rooms overall. Kids had fun in the garage game room. Glad there are rentals with enough rooms and beds for a family of 9 without pulling out a couch. Only problem we had was with I-4. Accident closed the highway and it took 5 hours to get home from Disney. Normally half hour.

The house was amazing!! The pool was amazing!! Very happy with our stay at this beautiful home. It made our vacation so wonderful!

This property is just wonderful. Location is awesome - easy, quick walking distance to clubhouse. Clubhouse fees INCLUDED (others charge extra). Pool area with plenty of landscaping to have privacy. The property itself has everything - pool with loungers, pool inflatables, game room with ping pong, pool, foosball, video games and air hockey. Tennis and pickleball equipment was there. Home was clean with all the amenities. Towels for pool and beach available. We couldn't ask for anything more. The only hiccup was when we first arrived, the door code didn't work but the owner and the property manager responded very quickly to fix that. Excellent and quick responses from the owners too. Even asked if we had left behind a stuffed toy. Thank you so much to the owners!

Great home in a great location. The house had plenty of space, and my family and I spent most of our time at the outdoor pool area, which was very comfortable and well-maintained. The owners were pleasant to communicate with and the response time when booking was close to instant. This was one of the most comfortable homes my family and I have stayed in over the many years we have visited the Orlando area.

We stayed for our Spring break with another family. There were 8 of us total. The two Master suites is a great setup for this. Plenty of room for kids... we had extra beds we didnt use. The kitchen is well equipped and the house is close to the Clubhouse and pool and courts so our older kids could walk over on their own. The beds were comfy and the living furniture was also. Pool was great and hottub was well used. The managers and owners made everything easy for us and we really enjoyed our stay!

Everything was great, we spent most of the week hanging out in the pool.

The property was exactly as described. We loved the spaciousness of the home and all the amenities (game room, pool, supplies tennis rackets and pickleball). Plenty of towels for the pool and the beach. It was close to the resort so that way we could just walk and not have to drive. Barbara was also in contact with us in case we needed anything.So close to Disney (by miles) but the traffic getting there is terrible. Nothing to do with the house, but expect about a 30 min drive to Disney and 45 min drive to Universal. I think everything is just under construction on the main highway. Doesn't at all take away from the wonderful joke we stayed at. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

Good location and solid functional property.

This place was accurately described in the listing. The hosts were amazing with communication and easy to work with. We really appreciated how there were many kitchen appliances (such as a slow cooker where we could start a dinner meal before going out and come back to a cooked dinner). The community pool, slide, and lazy river were awesome benefits as well. Last, but not least we appreciated how additional parking was right in the cul de sac and easy to utilize.

We loved our stay at this property. The owners and property manager were both excellent with communication! We were heading down a few days after the hurricane and was unsure of what to expect. We utilized the community pool and center one day and the kids all enjoyed it! The property was within a reasonable distance to both Disney and Universal Studios. We traveled with four adults and four kids. Home was very spacious with rooms for everyone! Thank You!!

Absolutely nothing to complain about would definitely stay again !!! 10 out of 10
