This luxury villa is fantastic in every aspect. It is located at the end of a wide saltwater canal with golf access and offers an almost endless view over the water, which is beautiful during the day as well as in the evening.

Location
Villa Dream View is located in the preferred South West of Cape Coral, between Beach Parkway, Oasis Boulevard and Surfside Boulevard in a high quality and quiet residential area.
It is south-facing and therefore offers plenty of Florida sunshine from morning to night.
Supermarkets, cafes and restaurants can be reached in a few minutes. The time to the marina Cape Harbour with its legendary bars and restaurants is less than 10 minutes.

Description of the villa
Outdoor area
Villa Dream View has an exceptionally large lanai, where a spacious dining set for 6 people and a high-quality conversation set can be accommodated comfortably. From here you can enjoy the view over the wide canal perfectly, whether for the meals or for a cocktail in the evening.
Both the large pool as well as the large 6-person spa are heated and the LED lighting technology allows any color effect at night.
You can of course enjoy a BBQ gas grill.

Architecture
Villa Dream View disposes of a total area of more than 3,400 sqft. and of 2,400 living space “under air”.
The design of the Villa Dream View incorporates interior and exterior parts of the classic Florida villa architecture and combines them with modern style elements, creating a contemporary Florida style.
The architecture has been designed in such a way that the view down the canal can be enjoyed from almost every room. In addition, the spacious glass elements ensure light-flooded interior spaces.
The villa differs in many ways from standard villas, so it is in many respects a custom villa, an architecture designed specifically for the customer.
The best capture of the fantastic views, light and airiness are some of the essential elements that the architecture should reflect.
Villa Dream View does not only impress with exceptionally luxurious room heights (up to 14 feet ) in the interior rooms, but also with 12 feet in the lanai (covered terrace).
In addition, this architecture not only favors the long views down the canal, but also the almost always blue sky of Florida, even from the interior spaces. This is supported, among other things, by the extra-high glass sliding doors.
The dimensions of Villa Dream View are generous, be it in the living area, in the dining area, in the kitchen or in the bedrooms. Enjoy the luxury of pure size.
The villa comes with 3 spacious bedrooms with king size beds and 3 luxuriously designed bathrooms (including two with double vanities). Even with full occupancy of 6 persons comfortable living is guaranteed for all guests, for which, among other things, a garage is available.

Furniture & Equipment
Furniture and decoration create a tasteful symbiosis of classic US-American vintage style and modern contemporary style.
The high-quality design beds in all the bedrooms are king size.
And important: Of course, all windows in the bedrooms can be darkened, so that you can sleep relaxed.
And of course there are plenty of hand towels, bath towels and beach/pool towels.

Technology
Villa Dream View has an impressive range of latest house technology that makes your stay a perfect holiday experience.
From years of our own experience as tenants of vacation villas, we know what is important and what is often missing.
Light is one of these important themes. This is not only about bringing as much sunlight as possible into the rooms, but also about creating a comfortable atmosphere with light in the evening and at night.
For this, not only the front façade of the villa was spotlighted with downlight spots, but also a lot of emphasis was placed on the lighting in all rooms, above all also in the outdoor area, thus in the lanai and on the pool terrace, where a total of 6 light sources are available (dimmable in the lanai).
Dimmable light sources (almost exclusively LED) can be found in almost all rooms, so you can always create your own atmosphere.
In particular, the rope lights (living room, dining area, office, master bedroom) integrated into the tray ceilings create a wonderful atmosphere at night - and of course they are all dimmable.
A special highlight is certainly the LED-illuminated pool. It can be illuminated in all conceivable colors, and there are also various coloring programs available, from Romantic to Sunset etc.
The climate control system can be controlled easily and comfortably via a NEST system and, of course, high-quality fans are available in almost all rooms and in the lanai.
The Villa Dream View has a fast Internet connection.

By the way, you will also find a robust safe in the villa, where you can securely lock up your smaller valuables and even notebooks.
Should you want to watch TV, you can enjoy a fantastic offer of high-quality equipment and great media content.
Villa Dream View is equipped with high-quality TVs, which can reproduce 4K (Ultra HD) and HDR (High Dynamic Range) to give you the best TV enjoyment.
In total, there are a 65 TV, 2 x 50 TVs and a 43 TV.
We selected TVs which also do not disappoint in the area of the sound.
In the living room the 65 TV was also supplemented by a sound bar including a subwoofer to ensure an authentic movie pleasure.
The TVs have been supplemented by powerful Roku 4K streaming boxes, which provide numerous media content that has been booked for the tenants of the villa and are available free of charge. Contracted streaming services are: Amazon Prime, Netflix and You TV as German TV offer.

Further apps are available, which include German or American media offers like News, series, music, etc.
