Everything about this place is perfect! The host, the staff, the location, the house.... everything is perfect! Absolutely stunning location. Whales every morning. Beach is clean and walking distance to several restaurants. We all loved our stay and can't wait to come back again.

We loved the location - there is no better place to watch the sun rise over the ocean - and the accommodations were very nice. Going at Christmas, we paid a premium for the property. The concierge, Hector, greeted us very warmly with margaritas, chips, and guac. All were outstanding and a great start to our stay. Hector, was awesome and extremely responsive to every request and provided help immediately. Housecleaning was included - that was great because being on the beach meant lots of sand everywhere. The pool and hot tub were clean. Gorgeous view of the ocean from every room. The property is well-maintained but there are some things that need attention. The sliding glass doors do not open well so we left them closed. The tracks are old and the doors started to come off the tracks when we opened them so we didn't risk using those patios. AC works very well. The open concept of the home was perfect for our group. This is a beautiful spot with great beach access!

House was very nice. Area seemed safe. Cabovillas were great to deal and communicate with. The VRBO fee I think is a bit exorbitant.

This property is just as the pictures displayed. It was on the ocean with beautiful views from inside with all glassed in windows in the common area and kitchen. The bedrooms were spacious. The concierge was outstanding with immediate responses for our requests. We did have some loud music on the public beach side until !2:30AM on the weekend for a couple of nights but did not affect most of us. I would highly recommend this resort

We can’t say enough about the villa & staff. Our entire stay was perfect. The villa is lovely and in fabulous condition. The view and beach access are amazing. We enjoyed spectacular sunrises, walks on the beach and meals at Zipper’s of course.

We love the location. The property size was great to accommodate our family group. It is best described as a beach property and not a luxury property. There were several maintenance issues, however the management was very responsive and addressed everything right away. This property is not child friendly with a major safety concern. There is a 30” walkway around the pool with no railing. There is a 10-12 foot drop off to large rocks and sand. It really is a safety concern for any age.

4 couples (40ish) went down for 5 nights. There was a great bedroom with a comfy king for each of us and 2 other bedrooms with queens if we had more people. Pool and deck are exactly as advertised and have a great view of the surf beach. Sunset/Sunrise are gorgeous. Close to San Jose and San Lucas. Great restaurants and bars in San Jose for our crowd. The real treat was Mariana, our concierge. She organized anything we needed (resos, transportation, spa, etc) at a moments notice by text message. It made the trip completely stress free.

The overall property and location were excellent and as advertised. However, being next to one of the main public beaches made for many loud and late nights. Not many food spots within walking distance except a breakfast dinner across the street which was really convenient and food/staff were great.
