Villa Coco

The house is beautifully situated on the mountainside and offers fantastic, unparalleled views. During our stay, there was hardly any disturbing noise. We would also like to mention that the Coastal Villas team is very professional and organised. They are always friendly and attentive to guests. As others have mentioned, access to the building is relatively steep, but that is not an obstacle. We would rent the house again! Familie Vogt

Overall the property was pretty much as anticipated, our biggest concern and one we feel needs to be dealt with before someone has a serious accident is the position of the barbecue. It either needs to be repositioned elsewhere or a safety rail to be installed around the steps. It would be very easy for someone to forget just how little space they have behind them when using the barbecue and should they step backwards and fall the results could even be fatal. We are not trying to be difficult in raising this point but rather to save both you the rental company and any future occupants from serious accidents. I have added a few pictures, which hopefully emphasise the issue.On a similar vain for people with very young children the steps leading up to the first floor also lack from a guard rail and again could be a problem. Something else which is not a criticism but worth point out to other future occupants is the gradient of the drive, which could be very difficult for unsteady drivers to attempt. However there is room on the roadway for those not too confident in their driving ability.We did bring to your attention a broken tile around the edge of the pool.

Great house, swimming pool and location

Truly breathtaking views of the sea from this modern, peaceful and very private villa. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and definitely want to return next year. The town of Lloret and shopping are so close and convenient when you need it and the many small and secluded beaches are just minutes away.

Very nice place. Walking distance from beach (30 min) but steep down/uphill walk. Spectacular views. Nice pool and terrace. All necessary facilities. But not too much to do at house except swimming and tanning :-) Town very touristy but house in quiet location. Nice beaches close by.

I recently stayed at Villa Coco Lloret de Mar. The location was excellent, situated conveniently in the town, close to beaches and local attractions. On a positive note, they did respond quickly to the power cut, and they have replied back saying the damage to the toilet appears to have been there before we checked in. It's just that we live in the UK and are used to little touches. However, the drive leading up to the villa was extremely steep, making it impossible for our car to go up. Additionally, it would have been nice to have a welcome hamper with milk, bread, cheese, etc..., especially for those arriving late in the evening. Washing up liquid and bleach would have been helpful there is no point in having a sponge on the sink with no cleaning liquid and only having 1 toilet roll in the bathroom. This oversight meant we had to head out immediately for necessities. While the villa itself was comfortable and well-appointed, these issues marred an otherwise pleasant experience. Future guests should be prepared for the challenging drive and plan ahead for essentials. Making these small changes would ensure future guests staying at Villa Coco have a more enjoyable experience.

We spent a wonderful time in this beautiful villa. The view is outstanding and the combination of being in 3-4 minutes in the middle of LLoretin a few minutes more in one of the cozy small beaches in the northsouth of the city was fantastic. The infrastructure gave us everything we needed, and I want to outline the fantastic and proactive service of the team of Coastal Villas that was always reactive at any time.
