Villa Charme Villa, 1st floor, by the sea, overlooking the fine sandy beach.

Grace was an amazing host taking the time to explain how everything in the villa operated and the features of the villa.The view from the deck of the villa is a million dollar view and the villa was spacious and comfortable; exactly as described. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen fully stocked with utensils and appliances. We have stayed at many rentals and this was certainly one we enjoyed the most.

The condo is perfectly situated. A 5 minute walk to the beach and all the amenities. It is spacious and clean. Would stay here again.

We had a fabulous 2-month stay in the Villa - we had a direct view of the beach, the ocean and town from the deck and windows. A short 3 minute walk to shops, restaurants, and grocery store. We rented a car for touring the Algarve and only 3 hours to Seville. Our host Grace was amazing, met us and followed up with us. Villa was well outfitted for all our meals and had a pull out bed for when my son visited. The weather was lovely, 15-20C and perfect for beach walks. As I was working remote, the internet set up was perfect for Zoom, Teams, and keeping in touch with my clients and team. Would return in a minute if the opportunity arises.

Location with gardens & view of the ocean made it special. Peaceful. Connects to hiking paths. Has everything you need. Not modern if u like cosiness. Colourful. The space worked for the 2 of us. Could use some refreshing.

The location is perfect. Grace is very helpful and friendly. We loved our place. It was clean and comfortable.

Highlights: Peace, tranquility, comfort, home The three most important things about Villa Charm are location, location, and... host! The location is absolutely perfect. Half of the view is of the ocean blue water with a small slice of white water. The other half is of the buildings of Armação. The water is beautiful during the day, the city lights beautiful at night. The ocean waves provide a lovely rhythmic ambience without being intrusive. I don't have the words to adequately describe Villa Charme's host, Graça. She personally met me on the first day of my extended stay and she was available for questions by WhatsApp throughout. I felt as if she truly cared about my happiness. Graça has decorated Villa Charme with taste and thoughtfulness. Overall it is comfortable as well as functional. The kitchen is a sufficient size for a one bedroom apartment. It comes complete with apartment sized refrigerator, four-element stovetop, dishwasher, microwave, and a full set of excellent stainless steel pots. The jack-and-jill bathroom should make any couple happy. The exterior areas of Villa Charme are definitely overwhelming. The property grounds are well designed and immaculately maintained. The grounds keepers were there every day (except holidays) during my visit. And, they do an excellent job creating a tranquil environment. There are a few steps to

We spent about 4 weeks at this villa, it met our every need. There was 3 of us for the first 1.5 weeks then just 2 of us for the remainder of our stay. There is one bedroom so my adult son slept comfortably in the living room. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our own meals, there's a dining room table with 4 chairs and a patio with a view of the ocean, the property and the town. The washer and dryer also came in handy. The location is excellent. We would walk out in our bare feet and be on the beautiful 7km beach within 2 minutes. There are several grocery stores within walking distance (15-20 min) as well as many restaurants and cafes. Armacao itself is centrally located so you can drive almost anywhere in the Algarve in under an hour. Our host Grace was a pleasure to deal with. She was very accommodating when we had to delay our arrival by several hours. When we arrived she gave us a comprehensive overview of the property and provides us with tips about the area. When we did have questions she would respond quickly and was very helpful. We had a very positive experience, if we return to the area we will certainly book this villa again.

Graca was so nice and her place is v sweet. A pretty terrace right on the beach. Walking distance to restaurants and bars. Beach was lovely. Very much recommend!

The apartment and property are beautiful. The beach and cliffs awesome! We went on a boat tour to the caves, which were stunning. There are great restaurants within walking distance. A lovely walking “centro”. The apartment is quiet, well appointed and clean. Overall a fantastic holiday. Thank you Graca for sharing your lovely paradise with us !!
