Villa Casablanca Ibiza-

Just back from 5 days in the Villa. It’s better than picture (grounds etc very well kept). Location was perfect although would recommend pre booking transport. Property hosts were always there if we needed help and were very friendly. Will hopefully be back again next year to this Villa.

Amazing villa

We stayed as a group of friends and it was perfect. Great location, clean and excellent communication with the host. The villa also had the perfect amont of space for 8 people!

Perfect stay - the pictures do not do this property justice, it’s is stunning, the the location is perfect and the property manager Brigit was very helpful. We would happily stay in this property again!

The villa itself is nice and peaceful yet in a very convenient location for the airport. It's also only about a ten minute drive into Playa d'en Bossa then a few minutes more into Ibiza Town. There were a few niggles such as a lot ants inside but not expecting perfection. But we did experience a big problem in that upon arrival, we discovered that there was no chlorine at all in the very cloudy looking swimming pool (which, as an aside, seems smaller than the 6x5 m stated in the listing). We knew this as one of the group happened to bring a testing kit with them because of a previous bad experience on holiday. In short, it took several days to be sorted and even then, the pool remained cloudy and the pH readings were wrong. Having a pool was a big factor in booking a private villa (especially with an 11 year old), so losing several days' use of it was disappointing, but what has really aggrieved us is the villa owner's arrogance, failing to respond to all but one message, when he tried to pretend it had all been sorted the same day. We provided What's App messages and an email proving otherwise, but he simply ignored them, failing entirely to appreciate that even if sorted the same day, it should not be down to guests to advise that the pool isn't fit to use. Leaving a negative review is a very last resort for us as we're really not that type, but given the owner's abject failure to engage with us on the issue then not being straight with us, we felt we had little choice.

A lovely villa in a great location, just a few minutes taxi from the airport, Ibiza Town and Playa den Bossa. secure and well equipped with loads of space, the outside terrace with comfy seating was a real gem. Hugo and Brigitte were perfect hosts A car (or Taxi) is essential.

The villa is true to the images displayed on the advert. Fully equipped house and very tidy and clean. Super close to the airport, local supermarket is a taxi ride but only 5mins down the road. Close enough to drive to the other side of the island should you wish to venture out. The host was always quickly to respond, very welcoming and kind. The outside space was wonderful with lots of space to sit at and lay by the pool. The little outhouse was also just as lovely as the main villa and very well kept. All beds were extremely comfortable and the roof terrace was incredible! A must stay.

The villa is located in a quiet place about 10 minutes away from the airport and the beach if you drive by car. There is enough place for a group of 8 persons. Everything matches with the description on the website. We all enjoyed our short holiday and can recommend this beautiful place. See you next time.
