Villa ( Casa Sergio) with private pool and Jacuzzi

We had an amazing time during our stay. The property is extremely clean, and accommodating. Sergio is available 24/7. He provided information about any activity we wanted to experience. And, in some cases, actually made the reservations for us. He arranged a rental car to be available at the Bari airport when we arrived, and returned the vehicle for us. He is definitely a host wthout a peer.

This is a great villa about 10 minutes from Monopoli and 20 minutes from Alberobello. We really enjoyed the outdoor, eating by the pool every morning and eating outside for dinner many evenings. The owner Sergio was extremely nice, he helped us with some recommendations for restaurants and boat rides. The villa itself is very large, 3 rooms that could easily accomodate 8 but we were only 2. 2 complete bathrooms as well. The highlight was to pick figs in the trees next to the villa every day! There is a pizzeria within walking distance which is cheap and really good! Otherwise, you need the car to go everywhere but going to beach clubs on the coast takes about 15 minutes. I would highly recommend!

Sergio (and his family) went above and beyond with them accommodation our late night check in. The pictures of the property do not do it justice. Its beautiful. Sergio, was always immediately available via WhatsApp with any of our queries. The property is a short drive from the beautiful city of Monopoli which was amazingly beautiful and clean. Grazie mille Sergio! A presto!

Sergio is a top-notch host. His communication prior to and during the check-in process was informative, accomodating, and thoughtful. We enjoyed the modern functionality of the Villa and the grounds were pleasant at all hours of the day and evening. Le Eden and La mia terra were our two favorites for dining. The location of Villa is a perfect spot for day trips too.

Sergio greeted us and walked us through this immaculate casa. Everything was spotless. The children especially loved the pool, spa and extensive grounds surrounding the casa. This is the best property we have stayed at around the world. It is within half an hour of all main tourist spots . We spent a week and enjoyed every minute of it.

We stayed in October. The weather was ideal for us. The villa is secluded but walking distance to two local restaurants. Easy to drive to monopoli and surrounding areas. Kids didn’t want to leave!!

We wanted a relaxing week in Italy close to some picturesque towns and it’s exactly what we got. The villa was a little dated inside but no issues really. A very nice pool and bbq area outside.

Great villa with a beautiful garden, pool with clear water, inside enough space, 3 bedrooms and a very nice and polite contact with Sergio, the landlord. We enjoyed it.

The villa itself exceeded all of our expectations and was absolutely stunning, with everything we could need. The area itself was beautiful and full of history, the options for food were great. The host, Sergio went above and beyond and made this holiday a real experience. He helped us with everything he possibly could (nothing was too much trouble) He recommended a fantastic local restaurant and even went out of his way to make a booking for us to save us the trouble. He even helped us locate somewhere to hire a wheelchair from for a member of our party. His communication before and during our stay was impeccable and we are very thankful to Sergio for making this such a wonderful holiday.

We had an great time at Casa Sergio. The communication with Sergio was very easy, he was extremely responsive. The house is even better in reality than the photos. It has a wonderful and big swimming pool. One big advantage is that all rooms in the house are equipped with a/c which is a valuable equipment given the high temperatures in the summer.
