Villa Calu' - Wonderful villa in Sardinia with swimming pool and sea view

We had a lovely 10-night stay, thank you. The villa was perfect for the relaxing holiday we needed with plenty to keep us busy, and the beach, restaurants and small shops within a 5-10 minute drive.

We enjoyed a wonderful stay at this villa. It was exactly what we were after - clean, great pool and close to a fantastic beach. We had an amazing stay. Thanks to the hosts who were excellent.

I need to admit that we have nevery stayed in such a clean and well-organized propertiy. You will find literally everything you need in this household. Yes, it is a very calm area, but you will find from Supermarket to Restaurant everything required within short distance - perfect for switching off for a few days. The cherry on the ice cream is the owner Pierpaolo - he is more than supportive in all regards of questions for the area, restaurant recommendations or where to find the next medic ;-) Overall I can summarize this as the perfect stay (also on behalf of my 5 kids in the age of 3 to 16, and another three grown-ups)

We were 8 people sharing this house. Everything was in top shape, and we were well received. Highly recomended!

The next door neighbour showed us around the property. We did not see the manager throughout the stay. The views of the mountains and sea were outstanding and could not have been better. The pool was clean and exactly what we could have hoped for. The villa itself was very tired. It just needed not one, but quite a few licks of paint. But it was clean and the facilities were adequate. The showers were very old fashioned and tiny. But the location of the property was perfect. We found many excellent restaurants nearby and Foxi Manna Beach was as good as I have ever been to. Overall a positive review but the property itself needs to be modernised and updated.

Very well maintained spacious house with a great view towards the sea. Beach is 5 mins away and the house has a large pool. Owners are very friendly and responsive, they also brought us fresh fruit from their garden on the property. Overall we were very satisfied and had a great vacation.

The overall impression was: everything tuto bene! The villa sis perfekt for 9 Persons (4 adults and 5 Teenagers). The pool is very nice, also the view. The hosts are absolutely lovely! Gracie!
