Villa Ca na Xaneta for 10 people

We decided not to hire a car because there was too many of us. We found the villa was exactly as advertised, only a 20 minutes stroll to beautiful old town Alcudia and a 10 min stroll to a large Mercadona stocked full of amazing produce that we cooked on the BBQ at the villa whilst the kids wam in the large pool. The villa itself was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. There was loads of space for us all, plenty of bathrooms and a huge living room for us all to enjoy. It was quiet enough for us to feel we were in the countryside with gorgeous views of mountains, whilst close enough to the town to not be difficult to catch a bus or taxi to anywhere we wanted. The public transport here is excellent so don't let not hiring a car put you off. I know sealandvillas also hire out cars and I found all dealings I had with them so easy and friendly so this is another option. I honestly couldn't recommend this villa enough. We had the best holiday we've ever had, and I would like to thank all the staff and the owner for making that happen for us. Nothing, there is nothing I would change and I honestly couldn't find fault with anything

The location was just ideal, you could walk to beachold town in 15 mins either way and if you stayed around the villa it was in a beautiful quiet area with views towards mountains The spiral staircase Slightly dated but didn’t stop us having a wonderful time

The pool is lovely, and the orchard was such a unique plus for the villa. We had figs, oranges, lemons/limes and pomegranates on tap! The hosts were very quick to respond to queries on messenger, and provided all the information we needed before we arrived. The cleaners were very accommodating, letting us in early whilst they finished cleaning which was an amazing start to our stay.

house was clean, we had a small problem during our stay but its was fixed really fast, pool also was cleaned during our stay. Nice place for big group, there is 4 bathrooms at the property
