Stayed Aug 17, 2023We arrived to find flies in the kitchen, on the second day found a bag of rotten potatoes, literally oozing out of a cupboard. The management company, HOMEFORGUEST denied there was an issue, refused to take responsibility for over a week, we had to clean it ourselves. They said our contract is with VRBO not them! Terrible service and we were told to review VRBO as we weren’t their customer. After 8 days chasing them with only arguments back they said they’d clean the kitchen and give us fresh sheets and towels. Kitchen was then cleaned (bit late at that point) and they dumped a bag of sheets and towels on the floor, couldn’t even be bothered to fit them! I would not book through VRBO again as a result.
