Villa Blanca

The house has many positives but I felt that it is a little worn down and the design of it could be improved. We felt that the back area and the pool area could easily be connected with a stayrway on the side of the house. The location and the service from Coastalvillas would give the review a five star review but we felt that it was a little worn down and there was a musty smell in the master bedroom. There had obviousely been some water leak there and not been fixed well enough. It is also a minus that the air condition is connected in all the house so each room was not able to have their own heat/cold.

I suggest to add more single beds instead of doble beds in all rooms but the main one.

Beach was beautiful, very clean house

Emplacement et vue mer extraordinaire. Espace, confort et modernité de la maison Equipements intérieurs au top (Vaisselles, électroménagers, ascenseur...) Quartier très calme Entretien intérieur et Ménage Equipements extérieurs un peu vétuste(parasol, salon de jardin)

The villa was offered much comfort and luxury. The views are breathtaking. The Coastal Villas management is also very professional and helpful. Highly recommended! Cleaning in the corners could be a little better.

Great location with an awesome view to the coast. Accomodation and especially the bathrooms were very clean. The lounge furniture is a bit worn out and should be exchanged for next summer.

The Villa was lovely, has a well kitted out kitchen and plenty room for all 9 of us. The pool area was nice for sitting out at and the pool was good (if a little cold, it warmed up nicely after a few days). The bedrooms and bathrooms were all nice and had comfy beds! A great location and felt very safe here with the children. The garage was handy as I hired a bike and it gave me somewhere to store it while not using it. The view is fantastic and Villa is In a superb location for Blanes, Lloreteven further as we had day trips in Barcelona and Girona both within an hours drive. All in all a super villa, location and facilities but maybe not the best for really small childrenbabies? 9/10 for me. We had a couple of problems at the Villa but they were sorted straight away by Coastal Villas. Washing machine broke and they replaced it within a day, no bedding left for cott but again sorted it straight away. The hot water tank ain’t the biggest so we were running out of hot water for showers as there were nine of us ( my family do like particularly hot showers though so this may not be an issue for everyone). We have a 15 month old baby so safety was a bit of a concern as pool was not fenced (used to the USA where it’s common place), also the wire fence around balcony and stairs are not the safest for small children? No stair gates in property either but these are only issues if you have children and led us to having to be extra vigilant when baby was around.
