The villa boasts four bedrooms with six comfortable beds, including four king-size beds and two sofa beds, ensuring everyone has a perfect place to rest. With four bathrooms - four featuring showers and one additional toilet -there's plenty of space and privacy for all guests.



Enjoy the villa's private heated swimming pool measuring 4x8 meters, perfect for relaxing and cooling off during warm Croatian days. The outdoor area is a highlight, featuring a sun terrace, BBQ area, garden, and outdoor furniture that invites you to soak up the Mediterranean atmosphere.



The fully equipped independent kitchen comes with all modern amenities, including a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and various kitchen tools. Entertainment is covered with two smart TVs, and complimentary WiFi keeps you connected throughout your stay.



Located just 550 meters from both sand and rock beaches, the villa offers convenient access to local attractions. A supermarket is within 1 km, and you'll find restaurants and beach bars nearby.
