Your private heated swimming pool (4x8 meters) is the centrepiece of outdoor relaxation, complemented by sun loungers, outdoor furniture, and a BBQ area. The fenced plot provides privacy and security, while the garden and terrace offer multiple spaces to unwind and enjoy the Mediterranean atmosphere.



Inside, you'll find a fully equipped independent kitchen with modern amenities including a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, coffee machine, and all necessary kitchenware.
